Good Stay
Had a great stay! The place was relaxing, the food was amazing, and I had a fun time with my loved ones. Everything was well organized, and I enjoyed every moment. Would definitely come back!

Excellent Stay
Walking distance to Ban Jhakhari Falls and just above the river. Rooms are cleaned with the river view. Swimming pool is cleaned. The river banks are reachable. Food quality was good. Services and Staff are average and over-burdened. Overall it was a nice stay.

I had an amazing stay at Avianna, rooms were spacious with river view, staff was polite and services were top notch. I highly recommend this place.

Poor Stay
Location wise it's best. There is a waterfall just beside the hotel, which one can enjoy sitting beside the window. Service wise it's pathetic. Coming to the food service it was really bad, tandoor and items were mentioned in the menu, but the tandoor itself was not available, we just ordered dal, roti and chicken curry, after few minutes we were informed even dal was not available, a hotel in the capital of the state doesn't even have dal. Breakfast we felt they were short of staff and any request for a refill for any item that was exhausted before we went in, was taking lots of time. And coming to the smart tv it was of no use as there was no tv channels available and if one tried to use the apps the internet speed was 3.1 mbps. The soap and shampoo dispensers were empty, but small bottles of the same were kept in the room for use. Failed to understand why then the dispensers were kept in the washroom.

The stay at the property was very good. The location, property maintenance and food is excellent. The staff however at reception should be better. Overall stay was good for friends and family!

Gangtok trip with my wif
I would love to review my stay with this property first of all 5 out of 5 for all arrangements. 5 /5 for cordial behaviour & prompt action of staff. 5/5 for the food we have enjoyed. It was delicious & i am thankful to the chef & all the restaurant staff. 5/5 for amenities & they have provided all the toiletries & slippers. Hot water was available all the time thanks to the aviana group & team for our pleasant, comfy and luxurious stay.

Not worth the price you pay
It wasn’t worth the price i paid for the premium room. They charged for the price of a 5 star hotel room ie 6000 but the room was average with no ac no mini bar. However the staff was polite and helpful. Food was okay but can be better if they work on it.

Good Stay

Fantabulous!
Everything is great about the property and staffs are extremely helpful and understanding. If you like snacks and indian food it’s great. View from all rooms are great with beautiful natures view. Swimming pool is also nice and clean. Overall it’s a great stay for us. The gm and the receptionist both were very co-operative and nice.
