Hotel is good and views is very good hotel 6 to 7 km for mg road approx 600rs taxi charge food quality is excellent breakfast is excellent

Very homely atmosphere with friendly support staff. Also very strategically placed near check post which makes it very easy for travelling to Nathula or Silk Route

Amazing hotel with best view. Hospitality is outstanding. Specially manju didi. She cooks, maintain rooms and is one man army. She deserve raise in her salary. Owner is very nice, he arranged local sightseeing at very affordable price. Rooms are very nice, equipped with heaters and bed warmers. Bathroom are very clean and all bathroom soaps, shampoo and geyser are always available. Including tissues. Very nice stay. Can't complain about a single thing

It was a pleasant stay with a home away from home feeling. Food was nice and cleanliness is also commendable. Best thing about the hotel is its amazing view from the balcony. It's just mesmerizing. Room heater and bed warmers were a nice touch as well. Overall it was a good experience.

The homestay is location slightly far from the mg road but it has good quiet surroundings and a beautiful view. The rooms were decent but had no ac or fan though we wouldn't need them. They were clean but not true to their picture. We did not like the food.

It was a great stay, the host was really warm and the hospitality was amazing. If you want to stay away from the city hussle, karma casa is the ultimate paradise for you. You can easily get cab at walking distance and also if you want to book a bike, the bike rental are nearby. How do i get the discount?

Behaviour of staff was really nice. Also breakfast quality was really nice

The room are very bad. The paint is damaged. Pillows are dirty. The property owner is very rough. Rooms are not like they are shown in pics. The food menu is very small as they charges items while bill making. There they charge any amount in the bill. The owner is actually starts fighting when we discuss bill. You can have that type of property in between the Gangtok at half price. We got stuck as we have paid the amount in advance. As we got to know he was taking half of the rent to others who came directly to him.

Food was simple and good. Beaifual gangtok view from balcony. They porvide heaters in room. Owner was very attentive and friendly. Only concern was the musty smell in room

We have stayed in many home-stays yet and this has been the best experience so far. The food is amazing, a little on the expensive side but worth. The keepers were so polite and punctual. The place is certainly clean and well maintained. And the cute little dog in the doorstep is like a cherry on the top; would highly recommend karmacasa.

Karma casa is a cozy, warm home stay with mountain view, & overlooking Gangtok city. The home food is kick ass! karma’s wife and help made such amazing dishes and we loved the fiddle-head fern veggie, ordered it every night along with rice/ millet beer. The place is very clean. And karma is a great host. Do book this place.

Location was very convenient and easy to find. Food was also delicious at a very reasonable rate hygiene and safety standard of the hotel top notch.
