No words pls its petty they doesn’t have any reception perfect reception. Then after the check-in is too lazy and lazy. If the customer pay more than 4K for a room, something special but Room is good, but as I am 6.1 Iट tall, but their queen size bit only is 6 feet long only, so how can I sleep whole night? Pathetic pathetic? I’ll just I just rate a battle Valley resort zero.

The property was ill managed. None of the facilities for which the room was booked was abailable. The swimming pool hD no water, no ziplinh .the beds were creaky. The food was either too blNd or too salty. No mayter ehat we asked for , they did not have anything

The rooms were in good condition, clean, and the bedsheets were spotless. The food was excellent and exceeded expectations. However, the behavior of a few female staff members was disappointingly rude, which slightly impacted an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Pros: beautiful resort. Children would certainly enjoy here. Staffs were very nice and courteous. Foods are good. Cons: but rooms were very small, no place to keep luggages, no charging points for mobile, toilet adjacent to room was dirty and flush was not working. Had to use common toilet all the time.
