Subject: Serious Complaint Regarding Misrepresentation and Poor Service

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding our recent stay at your hotel, which was booked through MakeMyTrip. Upon arrival, we were shocked to discover that your hotel does not have a lift — a crucial facility, especially for senior citizens. Despite clearly requesting a room on a lower floor, we were given rooms on the 4th floor, forcing my 70-year-old mother to climb several flights of stairs, which was extremely difficult and distressing.
What’s even more unacceptable is that when we requested a change to a lower floor, your staff not only denied our request but also coldly suggested we find another hotel — that too at a late hour. This is not only unprofessional but also shows a complete lack of concern for customer well-being.
I am also appalled that this hotel has been listed as a 4-star property on MakeMyTrip. It is misleading and unacceptable, as the basic facilities expected in a 4-star hotel were not available. This experience has caused significant inconvenience and distress to my family.
We are seriously considering taking legal action against MakeMyTrip for falsely advertising this property and for the hardship it caused us. I urge you to investigate this matter and take appropriate action immediately, including correcting the misleading information on your platform and ensuring other guests don’t go through the same experience.
