This hotel is amazing. It has amazing breathtaking views and the staffs are so welcoming and so polite. Moreover, the best part of staying in this hotel is the open terrace and the spa facility. You also have this bike rental point from where you can rent bicycles and literally ride along the forest only for rupees hundred per hour. It's amazing.

Not a great welcome experience along with room quality

The room was not upto the mark . No minibar placed though there was a platform . No AC in the room the fan speed was low. Requested for late check out but the FO staff was very rude and was adamant . F&B staff of Restraunt and IRD was good along with food quality . They missed to place the breakfast buffet which was apparently set by 8 am instead of 6:30 or 7 am .

location of the property is good. Rooms and bathrooms are big end comfortable for a family. food choices are limited, and service is slightly slower, but taste is good.

Food and Restaurant service was not good. We have to wait and followed up multiple time for our order. The staff was not professional and lacks basic skills how to attend the customer. Food quality was not good although was freshly made on order as claimed by restaurant.

We stayed at Banari Residency by Summit for 3 days, and while the hotel had a luxurious feel and was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, our overall experience was spoiled by the behavior of the restaurant staff. Pros: • The hotel rooms were clean, neat, and gave a luxury vibe. • Housekeeping and room facilities were well-managed. Cons: 1. Poor Restaurant Staff Behavior: On the first night, we ordered a green salad, but the staff completely ignored the order. We asked another staff member, and even he ignored us. We finally had to go to the counter, but even there, no apology was offered. The staff acted arrogantly and made us feel unwelcome. 2. Forceful Demand for Cash Payment: On the second night, one of my friends accidentally broke a glass. The staff charged ₹200, which is acceptable. However, they insisted that I pay only in cash even though I was already paying the rest of the bill via UPI. When I told them I didn’t have cash, the staff made me transfer the money to their personal account, which felt highly unprofessional. 3. Discrimination Toward Non-Locals: We observed a clear bias where staff greeted and spoke politely to local guests with words like “Good Morning Sir” or “Good Evening Sir” but completely ignored people from other states like us. It felt disappointing and unfair. 4. Non-Veg Served During Navratri Despite Clear Instructions: On the second day, we ordered veg biryani and mentioned 3-4 times that we wanted only vegetarian food. Despite that, we were served non-veg biryani during Navratri, which was very hurtful and showed a lack of sensitivity and attention to guest instructions. Conclusion: Despite the clean and beautiful ambiance, the partiality, ignorance, and unprofessional behavior of the restaurant staff ruined our stay. We hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves staff training and hospitality standards.

Booked the hotel with the recommendation of a friend who was very fond of this property. But i must say my stay was excellent right from the beginning during the check-in to check-out. They offered us a welcome tea and juice to my 4years kid. The people at reception-were warm and polite. The room was excellent, tidy, spacious and worthy to the price. Loved the stay for one night. Breakfast was also tasty. 5 star from my side for sure

The stay was cosy and comfortable. The best thing about it, is the location and the view which get from the wide glass windows of the room. As it is near to chardham, it is convenient to cover the tourist places. A good restaurant in cas you want to dine in.
