Location was good but food was not that good. I paid around 2800 and it was not worth. I had ordered Chinese dish and it was very average.

The hotel was at a place. Love the location just there was a noise of traffic. The hotel was super, and the staff were very polite and helpful. The good was amazing

Had stayed there before and not liked it. Stayed there again! unprofessional staff, bad food, tv doesn’t have a connection, telephone ringtone is dead. Namchi has to work hard if it wants tourists to visit. Start by making the hotels more professional. Most sikkimese people have lots of money so they tend to build hotels but with no added value.

Nice location near to namchi bazar and taxi stand

The property is located very close to the mall road. The rooms have all the basic facilities, were clean and well maintained. The staff was courteous and prompt. The taste and quality of food was very nice. The choice in breakfast was limited (2-3 items to choose from) but was made available at early morning times also. Overall satisfactory stay at the hotel.

Hotel location is very reachable and easy to find. Cleanliness was excellent. Behavior of staffs excellent. Food was awesome. Enjoyed that tour.

The accommodation was good. The premises clean. Service from staff excellent. Buffet breakfast not available when we stayed. Probably offseason. Rooms were served daily. However, the weather was warm and rooms not equipped to deal with warm weather. Overall a nice stay.

Its a lodge and not a hotel. The room is congested with no cross ventilation. There is no lift, so its not advisable for elderly people. Reception is at the Bar on 1st floor which is very uncomfortable and there is no one to receive on the ground floor. Overall experience is below average.
