I had booked this hotel 5 months in advance for family suite for some specific reasons. it was my 1st hotel of the whole Sikkim tour and they just spoilt my mood after almost the whole day's travel when I reached there,they gave me family duplex room. their reservation head sapna from Siliguri is a cheater.. she told me it's a fault of MMT..they have not mentioned room category for your booking, we haven't received money from MMT for your booking and what not. BUT IT WAS NOT MMT FAULT.basically the Hotel had got direct booking for same room from 17 to 20 dec and my booking was 19 to 22 dec. so they overlapped the booking for 1 night just for the money grid. After good fight i got the suite from next night plus the refund of the room tariff difference for 1 night. this hotel is no more part of Summit so beware..the management is a CHEATER.

I had a comfortable stay at the Resort. Sharing some of the positive and negative points of the stay: 1. The location of the hotel is far away from the main MG Marg and had a very steep road which is a downside. 2. The room was spacious and clean but was not on par with the price range. 3. There were a lesser number of power outlets for a Duplex room to have. The outlets were not provided beside the bed and were very limited in number. 4. I felt like the bathroom size was smaller than anticipated for a resort to have especially for a 4 bedded room. Soap was not provided by the hotel and instead they provided shampoo and a shower gel. 4. One of the major drawbacks of the room is the translucent mirror attached in the bathroom. It completely provided a clear view of the shadow of the person inside the bathroom from the room. This is a major drawback of the bathroom as it hinders their privacy. There was no curtain to cover the window as well. 5. The hotel staff was very polite especially the ones handling the restaurant(Prakash and Sharina). They were very soft spoken and always welcomed us with a smile.

The hotel is good, fooding, staffs all good but communication from the hotel to anywhere is very difficult, taxi wala does not know the location and every time needs to call hotel and got the actual direction

Stay was not bad but i was expecting better than what i experienced. Rooms were different as shown in the pictures. Hope next time will be a great experience. Done.

Hotel, services & teams working there are very good. But the main thing was maintenance. Hotel is not maintained. They have to focus on this. Overall stay was good.

A liar organisation, denied my reservation at very last minute considering i booked the hotel with full payment on the day of my booking

Maintenance of the hotel isn't good. Its not clean enough. And there no food variety and the quality was also bad. Service was ok

The staff is so rude and comes up with their tagline “we’re out of stock” on basic amenities like toothpaste, towels etc. The hotel is poorly kept and even hosts parties with drunk people, not safe for families

Hotel is an old one. Elevators are very one as well the property. Ther were lot of cockroaches and spiders in the room and bathrooms. Gud thing is spacious rooms. I wud recommend the management to look into renovating few things especially the interiors. Otherwise the food was gud and staff were polite.

Location is amazing little away from mg road, food called for alacrte was nice but breafast buffet was less option, kids area is not thr, rooms cleaning and service needs more focus,

Food cost in cafeteria is very high. Higher than any good restaurant. Being a hotel cafeteria prices must be reasonable. Hot water available is only 2 hours in morning and 2hours in evening and when we reached around 8:30pm asked for 2 bucket hot water for 4 person in two rooms. They said sending but didn't provide. There was only 1 towel kept for two person, bucket was missing had to request and wait for that next day. Intercom was not working that reception people got to know on 2nd day when we said nobody pick up the phone in reception. For every small thing like refilling water bottle, towel, bucket, we had to climb one floor up in reception to inform the problem. It was a booking for two deluxe room for a family of 4 but rooms were allotted in two different floors. There was a girl in reception she was quite professional in behavior and action after complaining to one number we found on google otherwise other people need to learn work etiquette. More training to staffs is required that as this is a service industry and customers are paying for the service. Otherwise because people out there have in general good behavior so all staffs look friendly. There was parking space. Breakfast was average and we ours-elf had to request for refilling the food when we reached around 8:45am there was nothing left.
