location, cleanliness, staff behavior, maintenance was absolutely top class. Chinese food is very good. Breakfast is average, the hotel needs to improve the breakfast.

Excellent Stay
I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, but what truly stood out was the food. Every dish had an authentic taste, prepared with care, and the prices were very reasonable compared to the quality offered. The dining experience felt like a perfect balance of flavor and value. Terrible Stay
Worst hotel in whole life i stayed...no ac working, no view, no warm water , no fan, not a single staff to listen, not a single member in restaurant. Waited for 2 hours. Worst worst worst

Food taste has to be improved
Property is located in heart of city, just 15 minutes away from MG Road. Food was not up to the mark. Taste and options must be improved. Service and property were good. Cleanliness was also good.

Excellent Stay
The location is away from the hustle, still not far from the Market, the view provided was valley view, rooms were clean and spacious, all the toiletries were provided, hot water was available. The food was excellent and overall it was an excellent stay. Staff was very friendly and the stay was kid friendly.

great stay
Great stay. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Service was excellent . Staff was very courteous. Breakfast buffet had good options and the best part was this was a pure vegetarian restaurant.

Terrible Stay
When I entered the hotel the 1st shock to me was it was a complete vegetarian hotel , then 2nd shock was we booked two standard premium room where there was not a single window, though it was fully air conditioned but it was very much like claustrophobic for people who want ventilation in room , 3rd thing we booked two rooms with breakfast for two days which was extremely pathetic and tasteless also there was very limited options to eat they didn’t even have fruits in proper quantity , I would never book it ever in my entire life , if the food is not good then no matter what room you stay in ur experience goes pathetic .

Great stay at Medalio, Gangto
The stay was good and comfortable. We had a great time. The staff are good and courteous. Specially Depesh who handled everything and coordinated with me a few weeks before arrival.

No hot water for bath
Hotel is not providing hot water for bath. In hot water tap water is running at room temperature. After haff hour they provide hot water in a backup Quality of breakfast is not good
