Stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights, location is not so good, room and toilet not so clean, MMT showed 180 square feet but it was 100 square feet room.

In the cradle of the Kunchenjunga
Good location. Around ten minutes from the mall. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness is quite good Food is excellent and hospitality is commendable. Though 24 hours running hot water was not available but whenever we needed it they switched on the main switch of the geyser. The dining space is the main attraction of the hotel. Moreover, rooms are available at quite a reasonable rate. Overall, quite a nice stay.

Pleasant stay
groupHotel staffs were good, very helpful and I like the service also. Sunil was very helpful, he arrange a car for us to visit Darjeeling (site seeing).

Clean hotel with lovely view
Rooms are clean, spacious. Awesome view of hills from the hotel balcony, please dont miss it. 10mins walking distance from mall (10mins due to uphill from the mall).

Awesome experience with Travellers Inn
Hotel is in very high place but I loved it. Every single thing of the hotel I found good. Lovely decorations, friendly and well behaved staffs, rooms good with good facilities, WiFi available, view from room, awesome dining space, roof space is also awesome you can spend your whole day there with friends and a cup of coffee. Where fog touches your feet
I enjoyed the place very much, though it was my third time at Darjeeling. It feels like the maiden. Momo is always the best. And each and every person is friendly.

Stay at Travellers Inn
Hotel location: good with nice Kanchenjangha view. But it is at a height with steep road, so maybe difficult for aged and sick people. Cleanliness: very good. Food: good but price a bit on higher side. Service: good but very slow. even if you order breakfast, lunch or dinner much early, you will get the order at least 30-45 minutes after scheduled time.

Horrible stay at the hotel
We booked for a complementary breakfast. But the hotel people are not happy to give any complementary breakfast. We felt like begging for breakfast. The room was very small.

As we expected, it's little bit far from the crowd. One cannot expect good view from the room, but it's from the common terrace or restaurant that you can get excellent view of Kanchenjungha along with Darjeeling Town, tea garden, distant mountains, and spend the whole day.
