Hotel is at a convenient location. Staff is very polite and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Room Service delivery was prompt.

The hotel is in primary location near to mall road,a good choice for tight budget people, parking is the only problem but overall it's good

Location of the hotel is good with good quality of food, they have car facilities for tour in near by areas.

- The stay was comfortable - Property location is a little conjusted in the peak hours as it is difficult for vehicles to pick and drop - Food was good - We have had Poori Bhaji, Roti, Daal, Rice, Sandwich, Paratha... - In our 4 day stay, once there was a powercut in the early morning time, due to which there was no hot water. This became an inconvenience as the weather was too cold(April month). - The only concern I had is that they allow smoking in the rooms. For non-smoking and non-tolerant people, this may pose a concern.

Location was good . Near to mall road and local market . Food was also good at reasonable price . If we talk about facility of hotel . It was quite good towel , slipper , hot and cold water , geezer and wi- fi was available at hotel . Room service is also best . Attending over phone call . Overall it is best choice to stay in North Star hotel , Darjeeling .

Location was good 10 min walk to Chowrasta, but hotel is situated in congested area,many car have been parked there.No view from room, hotel mention that room with view but you can see only old house roof.view was not pleasent,room was specious enough,cleaness was good but very leas aminitis they were provided.many time we have ask for drinking water,there is no electric kettel.no complimentry tea kit,no heater,no suitable almirah,all were old one.hotel rate will 1200 to 1600 but we had paid it was very high.
