Summit Hermon Hotel and Spa

We had a pleasant experience. All staffs were very helpful. The mountain view from room is very nice.

Very bad behaving staff , Specially in the dining area , he wasn’t polite , he wasn’t professional, and he was making faces as if he is going to pay from his pocket , His and he was wearing brown Color uniform , just disgusting, he first of all was not clear what he is speaking, when we asked first about whether we can have the dinner in our room or not , he told no and we were ok with it , now when he heard that we are going to complain of his behaviour he came and told evening what time will you come and we can serve you in room also and all that , wasn’t expect his from summit kinda of places , terrible. Now the room omg the full room was stinking , the bedsheet was torned , and they gave things like dental kit and tea kit as if it is booked for only 2 people , despite booking there family room

The rooms were really wonderful and clean with a scenic view that took my heart away, not only that but the staff were really wonderful and helpful and their service and hospitality were top notch

Yeah, absolutely. The summit hermon spa and hotel is an awesome place to stay in Darjeeling. The cozy restaurant corner give a different vibe. The view from the windows gave a refreshing vibe. The foods were also great. All stuffs were so humble and polite.💞

Rooms are below standard.don’t relate photos shown . No balcony in even highest paid rooms , no toiletry in rooms.

Good stay. Rooms could have been better. I felt lack of maintenance of the furniture and building. Food quality is awesome and service is also good.. We stayed with all meal plan....they offered a bucket of items with amazing flavor....I thanked the cook personally. But they should look into the interiors of the rooms. we have booked premium room with private balcony. the balcony was too small. Apart from this it was a wonderful stay.

room was dirty, The smell did not let me sleep the whole nite, seepage on the walls, all the upholstery/furnishing were damp and to top it all the restaurant menu price tops that of 5 star hotel, only positive the receptionist girl was amazing and cheerful

The staff were friendly, well behaved and very professional. The rooms are great with very nice view. The rooms were clean and well maintained. They care for their guests.

Felt bad experience.Toilet flush not working even after complaining.Bathroom and balcony too small .Normal water and hot water didn't come two times F

very bad experience in hotel,smell in room,no hair dryer,no chair,very congested rooms,rooms looks like ordinary

property was great and well maintained. rooms were spacious and clean. food quality was good too. perfect for family and friends.

Check in experience was not good , room are smelly. The hotel has very poor selection of breakfast spread. Also when I informed of an early check out and to keep the bill ready.. the team in morning wasn’t even aware and when I. Asked for some take away breakfast at lest cut fruit .. they said team is sleeping

we have booked a family room and rooms are very good with a nice valley view. The food is also very good.

We stayed in the family room with Mountain View and it was a great experience! Room was spacious, service was prompt and reception desk was very receptive to any of our concerns and needs. Breakfast spread had enough variety, and even had toddler friendly food. All in all, we loved our stay there!!

Comfortable stay. Nice food options. courteous and cooperative staff. Good location. We could walk down to Mall Road. You need to walk down one floor stairs for restaurant, and climb one floor stairs for attic room.
