Service is not that good
The experience is not good at all. Service was very poor and this is my first experience so far with any hotel that even after repeatedly asking for things the staff were failing to provide the same. It was not a good experience at all.

Poor Stay
Hotel was just ok, but rooms were not upto the mark. Bathroom was damped with no proper water heating system. Walls were completely damped with open water pipes. No proper light in room, it was not 3 star hotel at all

Excellent Stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, as our room was upgraded to premium, and the staff was exceptionally polite and kind. We were also treated to a complimentary breakfast, which was among the finest we have ever had. We had a wonderful experience here.. i booked premium room but I had to argue at reception for getting that otherwise they gave an another cheaper room

Poor Stay
Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Premium Price I booked a premium room expecting a comfortable and pleasant stay, but was extremely disappointed with the quality of the accommodation provided (Room No. 508). The room was far below average — definitely not up to the premium standard advertised. It had only one window, which was practically useless, as it opened directly to a wall just two feet away. This made the room feel extremely claustrophobic and poorly ventilated. To make matters worse, there was no fan installed, further adding to the discomfort. Overall, it was a suffocating and unpleasant experience. I expected much better for the price paid.

The service was poor,the property is very old and not maintained.The plumbing in the toilet and wash room near dining hall was under leakage.(urinals). The daily housekeeping in the room and bedsheets change was not made.It was the overall bad experience.
