1. Over priced Food . The food quality was also bad.2. Hotel service was also poor. 3. Power cut is a big issue but there was no generator to deal with the emergency situation. 4. Poor room service. 5. Stinky bathroom.6. We faced big harrasment to reach the hotel spot because of the no availability of the contact number . It was harrowing experience . We will never recommend anyone to choose this hotel.

Breathtaking View, Pathetic Service – A Frustrating Stay at Rodhi Resort

I stayed at Treebo Eeshan Rodhi Resort in Darjeeling recently, and while the location is undeniably beautiful with a mesmerizing view of the mighty Kanchenjunga, the experience was extremely disappointing due to poor service. During peak season, the property was severely understaffed. Basic services like serving a simple cup of tea, cleaning the rooms, providing fresh bedsheets, refilling daily supplies, and even replacing drinking water bottles were either delayed or outright unavailable. The rooms below the 3rd floor had a strong, unpleasant smell, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. What made matters worse was the attitude of the lady manager, who was shockingly rude and dismissive towards guests’ requests. Hospitality was the last thing we felt during our stay. The only silver lining in this entire fiasco was Mr. Shyam, the property manager, who helped us arrange cabs and was fairly resourceful. Without his support, our trip would have been even more stressful. Overall, the resort has great potential because of its location, but the service and management are nowhere near acceptable. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.

Spacious rooms & good service, but far from market I stayed in a Deluxe Room, which was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff service was very good, polite, and helpful. The resort is peaceful and a nice place to relax. On clear days, you can even enjoy a beautiful view of the Kanchenjunga mountains right from here, which makes the stay special. The only drawback is the location – it’s a bit far from the main market, so you’ll need to book a cab each time,. Overall, it’s a good stay if you want comfort, peace, and mountain views, but do consider the extra travel cost for market visits.

Room was not spacious. Charges were too high according to facilities. Hotel location was far away from the city. So many restrictions on water use and geyser On/Off time. Outside food was not allowed. Staff and buffet was good.

Very bad hotel in this price and also the staff was not supportive, for food there is very minimum option for vegetarian, even room size is very small and rooms are not cleaned. do not prefer this hotel.
