Hotel Sunflower

Location is good and very adjacent to Mall. Food is good but only veg option. Amenities are good as compared to price. Service is excellent

Stay was too good... Last time I booked through MMT at same hotel(2022) but they gave us room which was okaish... But this time they gave us room minus 1 floor and room & including service was so satisfying

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The location couldn’t be better — right on the Darjeeling Mall, making it easy to explore the town and enjoy the beautiful views. The food was good (veg restaurant), with a great variety and fresh flavors. The staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help, which made our experience even more pleasant. Overall, a perfect stay and highly recommended for anyone visiting Darjeeling

all good except the wifi and cleanliness of the rooms . good position small room size linen dirty

I have never seen such clean beds , bathrooms and rooms in any hotel before. As Hotel Sunflower is adjacent to The Darjeeling Chowrasta (Mal area), er didn't need to walk very long to reach the core of the Town. We enjoyed our stay there and got lovely views of the Mountain. We even booked a cab from the hotel to pick up from NJP station. All the crews are very helpful and cooperative , we had a great time staying at Hotel Sunflower.

Television was not working in the hotel. Complained several times to hotel. Could not watch the Match.

location of this property is excelent. All staff of the hotel was well behaved and helpfull. The food quality was very good, and suffcient quantity they served in a plate. The only thing, it is a veg resturent.

room condition was also not up to the mark as per lication and amount spent.

few problems I faced 1. small small cockroach everywhere 2. Some lights are not working in the room 3. totally veg restaurant otherwise it's ok, staff behaviour was good

Rooms are okay, previously we stayed at Ground floor, those rooms are nice. But -2 floor rooms are good but not same as Ground floor.

The property is on the mall. And I am fully satisfied with the service I got in Hotel sunflower. Every staff in the Hotel was friendly and was ready to assist us in every difficulty though we didn't faced any difficulty their. I will suggest others to go for the hotel

Lacation was good, food quality found good, but as it's a Veg only, it is not a good choice for us, room service found excellent and room found comfortable also

The room was shabby. Bathroom had hot water but the bathroom was smelling really bad we had to use perfumes all the time. They don't put any freshners in the room or in the bathroom. And also there was bugs which was crawling from underneath the bed. Backside of the nightstand was very dirty, which shows they never sweep there. I would personally not recommend anyone. Only plus point is that it is situated on mall road. And nothing else.

Everything was good.Behaviour of Staff was good enough and they were helpful as well.Everything was neat and clean and food was fine.The hotel is pretty close to Mall road as well, walking distance of few mins.
