I stayed at Hotel Apsara in Darjeeling last week and really enjoyed my stay! The location is super convenient, close to the main spots around town. My room was spacious with a beautiful view of the valley, and the bathroom was clean and tidy. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly — they were available anytime I needed something and always happy to help. As a solo traveller, I felt completely safe and comfortable here. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Hotel Apsara to anyone visiting Darjeeling!

Location - Ok. On the way to mall road. Food - didn't try. Room - look wise not good, not hygenic, no kettle, Bed old & dirty, Facilities - Nil, no exhaust fan in bathroom.

bad experience hotel rated as 3 star, services was terrible compared to it.. Room was not clean and tidy.. no other necessities were provided such as towel, bath materials.., tv was not working and even after asking for same, no one even bothered to check and make it work, they just try to ignored same . also regular was not provided, after telling same was made available.. for food we ordered, at the time of checkout in morning at 5 am as we were supposed to catch flight.. they asked for food money we have given 500 note for bill of 334/-.. Hotel person asked for exact change...plus asking for other options for payment - no option was provided.. Also while checking out of hotel, i personally had to pull the shutter of hotel, hotel person not even courteous do same or get lugguge out . pathetic service, not at all recommended

Horrible stay @ Hotel Apsara Darjeeling. Totally disappointed

Horrible experience after spending room.No wifi has been provided durng th stay.Rooms were dusty,taps were not working properly,Expired coffee pouchs bn given, Window broken & tied with curtains loops. Providing hot water by timing, 6:30am to 10:00am & same timing @ evening. 0 merked hospitality,No complimentary tea after written on MMT. Providing 1 spoon & 1 dish against 2 cup of tea.After complaining about rooms, they changed, room was bigger. But no wifi has provided during my 5 day trip.After complaining again & again, they didn't even came to room to checkout the problem.They have not shown any concern to us. After receiving this kind of service from the hotel, I am totally disappointed. Also disappointed fr doing this booking from MMT as well.

the flush of the toilet was not working. water was flowing backwards into the bathroom. inspite of this unusable toilet, they allotted the room to us . we had to use it for one day. the next day they changed the room. this time the toilet flush was working.

The only problem is with hot water. The centralised hot water is available from 6:30 to 11.00 both in the morning and night, no gisure facility available in the bathroom. Their check in time is 1.00 a.m. so it will be very difficult for the guest as that time no hot water is available, but the manager provides us an Emerson rod to us as I was traveling with elderly person and baby. That thing needs to be reviewed because in Darjeeling hot water 24*7 is the prime necessity. kanchanjangha view is good.

It was a very pleasant stay in hotel apsara. The rooms were clean and comfortable for 3 people. One small extra room was attached to the room, hence u kid also had a separate room for herself. The view was also good from my super deluxe room. Over all it was a great stay. Staffs were well mannered and easily available to help.
