As per your booking online was for a Non Ac double room and a copy of the online is given below and we had alloted room number 106 . We provided the room as per your reservation given to us. As there is a theatre next to us and a new film was released and we apolozise for the sound and disturbance from the theatre. Kindly bear with us and we will certainly avoid giving a room facing the theatre side.

I really enjoyed staying at the hotel, and the cleanliness was well maintained. I would like to make a suggestion to the hotel: There should be tea cups in the room, along with coffee powder and milk powder. I liked everything else and the staff was also helpful.

However, we understand that the perception of distance can vary based on walking pace and route taken, Most hotels in Darjeeling offer taxi services through managed arrangements where managers or staff assist guests in hiring taxis, usually charging a service fee for this convenience. Dear Sir, Firstly, TV was working but not all the channels that you wanted, Secondly, toilet paper is not pre provided in the bathroom, on-ask it is provided free of cost Lastly, we do not provide water boiler but there is water geyser provided in each and every room which eliminates the need for water boiler.

The hotel was in a prime location as it is situated around 850 metres from mall road and also the hotel is at the main centre for other prime locations to visit. Like the rope way and the zoo is just 3-4 kms from the hotel. They also had great offers for the room if you visit solo or with friends or with your family, this would be a great choice for you to stay in Darjeeling.
