Location of Pineridge Hotel in Darjeeling is right on the mall , near Ara Hotel next to Fiesta Cafe at the four crossroads next to the fountain. Best Location to stay at. You get a welcome toiletries kit. Rooms have beautiful views doesn't matter which part of the huge property you stay at. Luckily we got some of the best rooms with really beautiful heritage feel and modern amenities. You need to experience the warmth of such a heritage property and get the feel of the way every floor offers the luxury of British architecture. Food at the Hotel Pineridge is serviced by a restaurant though and staffs after late evening are a bit short handed. But in all the property now that it's renovated in the parts open for service, is an experience in itself. Having the hustle bustle of the Mall and yet holding it's peaceful interiors and garden sends you back to a different era. we really enjoyed our stay. Location is right on the mall, rooms were Beautifully furnished, staffs were very polite but short handed,management was good. We had a beautiful and thrilling experience all together.

The overall stay in this Hotel Pineridge was good. The location is very close to mall and amenities and services were good. However, there is a shortage in the Hotel Pineridge staff. I had a very bad experience when I called this Hotel Pineridge on my way to Darjeeling. I called them to check the fooding facilities and they told them that they do not have any room available even though I had already made the booking through MakeMyTrip and made the full payment for my stay 3 months earlier. Then I had to call MakeMyTrip customer support and they finally resolved the issue. So it is advised to check with the property about your booking well before reaching to Darjeeling, otherwise you could be in a big trouble.

It was a great experience staying in Hotel Pineridge pine ridge.The location is best from Hotel Pineridge I got the hills view of kunchunjanga the sunrise,the sunset . It was a heartwarming views . The backyard was very beautiful and the views too. I really miss Darjeeling views. A very Thankful to Hotel Pineridge management they allow as room as soon as we arrived early at 11.am. Thankyou so much for making our journey easy and rememberable make my trip and Hotel Pineridge pine ridge

Property food is average, location is first class and facilities are also average. Service phone not working in room. At the time of check-out, the Hotel Pineridge manager asked for a charge of an extra bed where a double bed and a small single bed is there, even though we already booked that room for 2 adults and two children. So, we can say the overall experience is *Good*.

The Hotel Pineridge was good. Had a feeling of staying in a British establishment. Bang on Mal road, location is the most advantage of this Hotel Pineridge. Since, it is on Mal Road you can spend till late night at Mal and enjoy the Mal atmosphere.
