Hotel Pineridge

My experience staying at this hotel is very bad. First I visited them directly and asked the price of the room. They said it was high. Seeing that, I booked the room from Makemytrip. They got angry with me for doing that and gave us a really bad room. The rooms in this hotel are very bad. The room, bathroom and overall the whole bedroom are very dirty. The experience of staying for one day is very bad.

Not giving water to room, making on off room heater as their wish.

The loction of the property was excellent. The amenities and service was also good.

It was a great experience staying in hotel pine ridge.The location is best from hotel I got the hills view of kunchunjanga the sunrise,the sunset . It was a heartwarming views . The backyard was very beautiful and the views too. I really miss Darjeeling views. A very Thankful to hotel management they allow as room as soon as we arrived early at 11.am. Thankyou so much for making our journey easy and rememberable make my trip and hotel pine ridge

Property food is average, location is first class and facilities are also average. Service phone not working in room. At the time of check-out, the hotel manager asked for a charge of an extra bed where a double bed and a small single bed is there, even though we already booked that room for 2 adults and two children. So, we can say the overall experience is *Good*.

Location of Pineridge Hotel in Darjeeling is right on the mall , near Ara Hotel next to Fiesta Cafe at the four crossroads next to the fountain. Best Location to stay at. You get a welcome toiletries kit. Rooms have beautiful views doesn't matter which part of the huge property you stay at. Luckily we got some of the best rooms with really beautiful heritage feel and modern amenities. You need to experience the warmth of such a heritage property and get the feel of the way every floor offers the luxury of British architecture. Food at the hotel is serviced by a restaurant though and staffs after late evening are a bit short handed. But in all the property now that it's renovated in the parts open for service, is an experience in itself. Having the hustle bustle of the Mall and yet holding it's peaceful interiors and garden sends you back to a different era. we really enjoyed our stay. Location is right on the mall, rooms were Beautifully furnished, staffs were very polite but short handed,management was good. We had a beautiful and thrilling experience all together.

Pineridge is an excellent hotel. But they have 2 major faults. 1) Even after multiple times asking for drinking water they are not providing it. Atlast in the night they have provided drinking water which I have collected from the reception. 2) For the entire night there was no water supply in the toilets

Everything is good . I stayed here like my home with mywife . Staff are well behaved.

Hotel is good location wise but room number 217 need to renovate asap . Tv .geyser . Room service is ok .

it was a nice stay in the hotel for two days..location is fabulous...most happning place arround...staf bhehaviour was also very coprative and calm..just missed in hotel is dine in menue..all over it was a great stay...thanks..will visit soon again..

Hotel pineridge darjeeling is very old and rooms are so untidy very very bad experience.

Location is superb, right beside Mall road. Services is poor and wifi was rubbish. We took an extra bed for 3 days, but we received in the last day. Rooms are spacious and decent and very vintage. Apart from services, everything was nice The room is in a prime location, right in the mall road with good views. But the services are poor. They didn't have an extra bed, and we had to ask for things repeatedly. The wifi is poor as well.

This hotel is very nice.The hotel is also very close to the Mall Road, the distance between the main door to Mall is around 30 to 40s.

It was a terrible experice in Hotel..we have booked 3 bedded rooms but we have got 1 Nos 3 bedded and 2 Nos double bed room with one extra bed..after inserting extra bed no space was left inside room. In a cold weather we are force to take bath without Geyser as everyday there was power cut in hotel from morning 5 AM to 9 AM and DG was not working We were not able to charge our phone/Laptop. No room accessories given. No in house Kitchen Staff were very rude No staff on reception from 9 PM to 8 AM in Morning..Means no security Really horrible experience
