the place is located at a peaceful area. the rooms were clean and hygienic. The room service was excellent.

I could not able to reach hotel because of landslide in Kalingpong. Can you please reschedule my booking from 16.08.2025 to 17.08.2025

Rooms are very much specious and well maintained. Location is also good. But staff behaviour is horrible. Room service is very poor and mismanagement of the staff can make guests away from booking.

The property is amazing with great vibes , it's very well maintained and clean. Love the staff here specially the property manager . Would definitely recommend everyone to try it out. The area is secluded and has wonderful views from balcony.

I have booked the premiun suit room where 2 rooms with a balcony was there, but the manager has given me a single room with balcony(valley view) where there was no light at all in the balcony. The food was horrible, chicken were frozen from time of harappan valley civilization, however in kalimpong u can easily get fresh chicken every day, the gulab jamun(sweets) were so hard that it can break bluet-proof glass, even the bathroom window was transparent. I will not recommend to book this hotel. This is my last stay with this property.

Golden kuensel property in kalimpong offers a pleasant stay with excellent staff behavior and hospitality. The property provides a beautiful view of the mountains from the rooms and the restaurant. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained with all basic amenities. The food quality is good. The location is a bit far from the main market. The property needs to improve on food variety and quality. Overall, a recommended property for a peaceful stay. Great hospitality. Stayed with family and had a wonderful experience.

Nice properly near dell park. Room service is good. Food is testy. Recomonded for those people who prefer silent and calm atmosphere.

This hotel has two drawbacks: 1. Not many shops are close to this hotel so if you wanna buy some stationary stuff you might have to walk a lot or even need a vehicle based on what you're looking for. 2. The hotel is kinda understaffed. Other than these, everything about this hotel is amazing. We booked a premium suite and we got very spacious rooms with an excellent balcony view of the mountains. The food in the hotel was to our liking, all food items were very light on spices, and well cooked. Although the less spicy food may not be of everyone's liking.

Neat and tidy rooms, good valley view. Day 1 floor was not swept, had to ask for a sweep. Tv service was not available, for all 3 days of stay daily room cleaning, toiletries refill, water refill was not consistent. Bill not provided, just amount mentioned for food ordered in hotel, we paid via upi. Staff said will email bill but nothing in email.

One of good property i stayed till date. The greenery around the property is like awesome. The hospitality was good. We wanted a late check out and they agreed without charging extra money. Rooms were spacious. Stayed in this hotel last week had a wonderful experience with this hotel

Good clean hotel entertain by a dog leo. My child play all time with the hotel dog. Food taste not good. Rest all ok. Hotel person all having good behaviour.

Starting with excellent location quite away from market area uphill with beautiful view of mountains backside, if u wanna peaceful quality time with your family, partner i will rate this 5/5. Then comes food, i found it delicious, although menu is not big, but whatever it is i will suggest to take complimentary breakfast in your package. U should not seek 4 or 5 star luxury here but for family vacation and even for couples this is ok. Hospitality was good, specially manager roshni was very caring. Over all our tour was very satisfying and love to visit again

Everything you expect from a well run hotel. Clean room, prompt service and good food. The ambience is peaceful and clean.

The service levels are poor, tv is there but not recharged the net connections, after several requests not able to provide, finally denied.
