I recently stayed at your property, Indus Mount Royale Hotel & Spa – 300m from Mall, and would like to share my experience.
Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations. The room condition was not good, and the service provided was not satisfactory. Additionally, I was particularly disappointed that the spa facility, which was prominently advertised, was not available during my visit.
