Easy to locate. The room was clean, Staffs were cordial, and the overall service was hassle-free and good.

Property's location is good and food is also good.

Location of this property is very good, but the property is old. First day of stay was not that good as the property was sold out and we had to adjust with the room , that was available at that time, but second day they upgraded my stay. The staff listens to you and try to help as much as they can. The breakfast was good on both the days of my stay. Thanks Paul for upgrading my room on the second day.👍

Avianna seven seas is located at the heart of Darjeeling. Mall road is very close to the hotel. Room was clean with picture perfect view and service was top notch. Food was very good and amenities provided by the hotel was flawless. Looking forward for my next stay.

The location of the property is just at the starting point of Nehru road (Mall road). if you choose a hill view room then you can have a nice view of Himalayas. The breakfast was full of varieties of food and drinks. Room was very specious and clean. I recently stayed at this charming hotel in Darjeeling, and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the Mall Road, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet with stunning views of the mountains. The staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and always ready with a smile. They made us feel at home right away and even helped us plan local sightseeing trips. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with all modern amenities. I especially loved waking up to the breathtaking sunrise over the Kanchenjunga range right from our room! The in-house restaurant served delicious local and continental dishes, and the breakfast spread was generous and satisfying. We booked two premium rooms with a mountain view and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were super cozy, clean, and well-maintained. The washrooms were spotless with all necessary amenities. Overall, a very comfortable and peaceful stay. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway in nature.

there was no problem in finding the property's location, the food was very good, we had breakfast there. And the hospitality was very good and the staff behaviour towards the customer is also very polite and basic amenities were provided very well and the room service was very fast.

The location of the hotel was near mall road. I visited with my parents so it was definitely a plus point. Staff was polite, rooms were good and bathroom was clean. Only had issue with the in house restaurant which was pretty expensive and wasn't delivering according to the price.

Property us very old and very ordinary not maintained properly, every doors are cracked and un maintained, food quality was not so good I can say average quality but very very overpriced, one plate of Aloo bhaji was charged @ Rs 295/-, tea is costing approx 90 Rs per cup,very lumited menu for breakfast4 to 5 items only, No lift facility only plus point is the location is very good so basically the are charging for the location only. Overall ratings will be 2 out of 10.

The stay was nice. Location of the hotel is too good. Mountain view and access to mall road both advantages are there. Hotel staff and service is also good.
