A Perfect Stay in Darjeeling!
We had a truly wonderful stay at Bon, The Rink Heritage. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a lovely view that added to the charm of our Darjeeling trip. The service throughout our stay was consistently excellent—polite, prompt, and professional. One thing we really appreciated was the helpfulness of the staff. When we arrived, and even during checkout, the team quickly sent someone to help us with our luggage without any delay, which made our experience smooth and hassle-free. A special mention must go to the canteen manager and his team—their behavior was exceptional. Warm, courteous, and always ready to assist, they made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. The food was also delicious, freshly made, and served with a smile. Overall, a 5 out of 5 experience. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant stay in Darjeeling.

I stayed 3 days in the hotel, first of all location is mindblowing all the important place of the darjeeling is in vicinity, you can find shared taxi as well. The hotel staff were polite and room service was tremendous, will highly suggest you book the hotel in near future

The room which I see that I booked from ur sites I can’t get that one room n hotel staff says that this is the same room which u booked but I know very well that they can’t give n I see in that same hotel same room when I m going somewhere outside from the hotel so.. this is vey bad experience that I can’t get that one room which I booked n even the room which is given by hotel is smelling very bad n tv is also not working n light is also not greeting in geyser for second day so... overall very bad n disgusting experience

overall experience was not bad. few things like the room was not ready even after arriving late to the hotel. TV was just for name sake and it doesn't work. restaurant service was good. wifi was working fine. coffee sachets provided were very old and coffee cups were not clean in the room. overall I can call it a decent experience.

Ok place, in the centre of the city. Breakfast has only one item, but that is ok, there are lots of food options nearby.

no access for car, need to walk and carry luggage, complimentary breafast was not provided. high tea and snacks were not given.

The condition of the hotel was far from what was depicted in the pictures. The cleanliness throughout the property was substandard, with many areas in need of attention. The hot water system was problematic, as the geyser did not work properly, which caused significant inconvenience. The entryway to the hotel was in particularly poor condition, which created an unfavorable first impression. Although complimentary services were mentioned in the booking, I had to request them several times before they were provided. These should have been offered automatically, as outlined in the booking details. The staff was generally polite, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of overall service quality. I would also advise against booking sightseeing vehicles through the hotel, as their charges were much higher than expected.

Pathetic experience.
Apart from food everything were pathetic. Food was average. Geyser were not working. Stinking toilet and rooms. Water logged in toilet. Can not use the commode seat if you are above 5'6. Poor response from the staffs

Average Stay
Location was central but Access was not accessible by Taxi for last 100--150 meters. Amenities: Room heater was chargeable and there was No Fan or AC. No Fridge. Services : Staff was polite and cooperative. Food was Tasty but do not take inflexible MEP plan.

Awesome experience
soloVery good experience in this hotel. This is in the middle of city. Good property with hill view rooms, good food with reasonable price, staff is also very well behaved. This is like paisa vasool stay.

Excellent Stay
groupIt’s walking from Mall Road just near the Rink Mall, rooms are cozy and aesthetic and staff is polite and nice. Geyser works and bathroom is clean as well. I’ve had a really nice experience and if I visit this place again I would love to stay here again.

spacious room with clean bed and bathroom with all amenities. though it is close to station, the location is in a narrow lane (not so clean), away from main road. Free high tea is provided only once (in 3 days stay) that to after approaching through MMT customer support. staff in general are well behaved and friendly
