a lot of issue in room, no any facility and room is so much small. bed occupied room no space for walking .

Bedsheet pillow blankets are not clean. Bathroom is very small, u can’t take a bath. Only location is best near Darjeeling Railway Station

The quality of the hotel rooms is very good. However, the behaviour of the hotel staff is very bad.the staff did not contact me regarding the room, and no service was provided. They did not clean the room during my stay. Overall, I am disappointed with their service despite the good room quality.

The room is in very poor condition and the room mats are not available they provide dirty glass for drinking water

not a good experience in this hotel cozy rooms , bad smell , small bathroom even a man cant stand with a bucket, shower and tap is open same time if you want to wash your hand you will vath too

Extremely poor experience. The hotel service was terrible, and the staff's behavior was absolutely unacceptable. The pillows and bedsheets were dirty, and the entire hotel was unhygienic. When I requested clean pillow covers and bedsheets, they rudely told me to vacate the room instead. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Stay away!

Mismanaged, Rooms was unorganized, washroom not maintained, services and food quality was also very poor. I was booked and full payment has also been done otherwise I donot preferred this hotel.

Most third class hotel ever I stayed in my life, almost all the rooms are damp and urinal bad smell into the rooms bathroom drainage system is not working,the hoteliers behaviour is very bad , horrible experience of last dated 12th to 13th June '25 . Pathetic room condition. they are making fool to people. please dont book your room here

Location is quite good, but amenities and room services are not as par. Rooms randomly changed as per booking.

Rooms were very low quality. There was no door mat in front of the toilet. no sitting space to take the bath in the bath rooms

The worst experience I've had in this hotel, the room is very dirty, the floor is always damp, the hotel manager's behavior is so bad that he's letting me stay for free.My Darjeeling trip has only been bad for this hotel.

Affordable rates, even in peak season. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good food. Great location (15 minutes walk from Darjeeling Mall Road, 10 minute walk from Bus Stop, 2 minute walk from Railway Station, and Just opposite to Reliance Smart) 100% recommended.

I had booked 3 rooms for 10 adults and 2 children, including a 3-year-old child who was present during check-in. However, your receptionist pointed out that the child was not recorded in the booking slip, which was unnecessary and unpleasant. Our check-in was at 18:00 hrs and check-out at 08:15 hrs. On the morning of departure, there was no hot water available, and the taps in the bathroom were faulty. we had to leave without taking a bath, which was very inconvenient and disappointing. Floors are wet carpet.

To stay in this hotel is very very bad experience. The hotel staff behaviour is very rude. As per images and actual hotel is totally different. Room amenities is not working and after complaining to the hotel staff they are saying please manage.
