The hotel view is top notch ☺️☺️... along with the kanchenjunga direct view.... The staff behaviour is too good , I cnt even expected how polite they are❤️❤️

Location is very good, kanchanjangha and marvelous city view can get from balcony and from windows, food is very delicious. Services are excellent. Cleanliness really excellent.

Room & wash room was clean. Bed is also comfortable to sleep. Food quality also very nice. Staff was also very good & well behaviour.

The behavior of staff is very rude. I never suggest anyone to stay in such a horrible place. Dirtyness, quality of food and staff behavior is so irresponsible that we are from out of this space.

Hotel himalayan queen is an excellent place to stay in darjeeling. It offers beautiful view of snow capped kanchenjunga peak. The famous toy train also travels just in front of hotel offering close up view. Restaurant is great and staff is very friendly and supportive. All of them make you feel at home and help you whenever possible. Undoubtedly one of the best hotels in darjeeling.

Room & washroom was clean, bed is not comfortable to sleep, staff was very friendly, food quality also good, view from hotel is awesome

View of kanchanjangha is very good but distance from mall is too much. They gave wrong information about distance from mall. Food is average. Stuffs are good.

In the picture section of the app it looks nice, in reality the room was filled with seepage, hotel was much farther from main market, which creates difficulty for commutation, as per it's room fare it doesn't worth it.

It's really a bad choice of hotel and there's is nothing like hotel, poorly maintained, uncleaned room, rude staff, no services, no parking, no foods, it's not at all recommend for family.

Your criteria in selecting this hotel is totally wrong. Your have shown 3star category of this hotel, whereas this has no star value. Charges of this hotel is much more than actual 3 star catagory hotels. I have already raised my complaint on this. I spent only one night

I think biggest mistake to book this hotel because interior was very shabby and dirty. There is no staff to receive us even if no welcome kit was given. Breakfast and dinner was not served on time every-time they have wasted our precious time. It was completely disgusting.

The food and hospitality was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. It was a wonderful experience.

Overall the hotel is very nice and the location is awesome. Food and service is very good. The staff behavior is excellent.

Property is a little far away from the main market appx 2. 5 kms but is peaceful and also with great view of kanchenjunga if weather permits. Staff is friendly and helpful. You can get shared cabs also for main market of darjeeling at very affordable price. Toy train crosses right in front of the hotel. Family stays will be great here. Room and washroom was also of good size which was maitained and clean. Overall experience was great.

The room was cozy and the view was perfect. Staff's behavior was really good. Food was amazing.

The room is good and comfortable but you don't expect other services. Room rent is also very high according to the facilities.
