It’s the worst experience I had. The staffs are way beyond rude.The rooms are very shady and these people are least concerned about safety of their guests. The bed smells terrible. There is no network in the room, no wifi ;m( it doesn’t work) and the intercom also doesn’t work. It will suggest people staying back at home rather than opting for this hotel

I recently stayed at Hotel Leaf , Siliguri and had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. I especially appreciated the quick room service and the variety of options in the breakfast buffet. The location was convenient and peaceful, making it easy to get around. Overall, it was a great value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would love to stay here again on my next visit. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

Great stay! we stay for a night, hotel building is old but rooms are good, staffs are good, location is light far near to the circuit house, this hotel is next to the Villa Everest, direct road to the mall, you can enjoy Kanchenjunga view while walking, if you book view room you can view Kanchenjunga from you bed also. There are no lift in the building for aged people it can be challenging, no idea of food as well took food outside, it is Darjeeling so meaningless to have food inside the room. Good budgeted hotel with Kanchenjunga hotel.

Hotel staffs are very courteous and well behaved, give a room with an excellent view of almost the whole city. Rooms are being cleaned everyday with complementary tea kits and mineral water bottles. The only cons about the stay is that the hotel is not 500MTRS but almost 1.5km from the Mall, so you need to walk this 1.5km daily twice if you want to avoid hotel food which is almost 1.5 times costlier than the same quality food available in the restaurants near Mall. remaining of the things in the hotel are quite good..

Well, if you can see Kanchenjunga from a cosy bed with the best chinese food to cater to you, NRS Norling is your choice. Pros. 1. Great Food at a reasonable rate 2. Rooms with excellent view 3. Nice and Friendly staff 4. In a secluded area Cons. 1. 1.5km away from MAL and Market (well considering you went on a shopping spree like me, and too tired to hike up. Gotta pay the 300rs cabs occasionally)

The photo displayed in my room booking didn't match the reality. Executive room size 195 sq.ft. looked very congested. I stayed in another property of 200 sq. ft. in this trip of mine. It was pure cheating & the room was very stinky. Ultimately I had to pay more prize for a better room as I was trapped at the last time. This was very unfair on your part.

Cons- 1. Location is near circuit house so you have to walk on busy road for reaching the chaurasta market for atleast 15 min. 2. Executive room is very small without any hill view. 3 bed is very bad. You will not get comfortable sleep because it jumps. It is in two parts bend in between so 2 persons comes together automatically in sleep. 4 bathroom fittings are very old so mixing hot and cold water is difficult task. Water drainage in bathroom is interlinked with other rooms so noise of continuous water flow will annoy. 5. Dim lights. 6. No carpet in chilling winter in room. Pros 1. Heater without any extra charge. 2. Hot ketley for warming water. 3. Descent breakfast with extra 200-300 for two adults and two children.

I strongly recommend not to book from mm t as they will give last floor of underground. Underground room hv no view and mobile network. But the hotel, room, restuarant is very good. The restuarant's kanchenjunga view is mesmerizing. Staff is well trained and quite humble in nature. The staffs are the star of the show for which i don't feel bad about underground room. They will provide what ever, when ever you ask. They are also available for opening gate at 0400 am for tiger hill tour. Food is great also

Room heater was not good. Plus they are charging rs. 32. 56- rs. 10 more than printed price (printing for 1 litre water bottle was rs 20) for 1 ltrs bailey distilled water. When asked they told carrying cost was that but it is injustice for customer to impose carrying cost rs. 10 / per bottle. 3

Experience is awesome only for view of kanchanjungha from hotel, but food are very expensive, mall road are very near walking distance and japanies temple are also in walking distance

We were very disappointed with the management. We ordered food and requested a couple of plates, but they did not provide them, nor did they give us the required spoons and forks. Additionally, they were unable to serve us roti. The rooms were also not as shown in the pictures; they were much smaller.

Room was not lit properly. It was all closed no property sun light. It was rather a small room. The washroom didn't have ventilator. Bed was not at all comfortable. It was an okayish hotel. Staff was fine
