Everything is good except availability of hot for bathing/washing. The food was excellent. Please provide hot water for all time.

No hot water facility, room heater was their but all are inactieve, washroom was uncleaned, staffs were not cooperative & they were busy with playing cards & always in intoxicated situation 24 hours of the day & was provoking to leave the place as we were the only guest in last 1 month so they were got disturbed to host us, was unable to provide lunch & other foods as they said they don’t have any raw material stock & most of all they were not informed that we have booking & even shocked & was irritated when we showed the booking.
