This is beenu s homestay not hackpackers hostel it was too unhygienic. no one takes care of this property. beds and blanket were smelling nd was dirty. washrooms were also dirty nd was like some govt washroom on railway station. moreover, it's far away from Darjeeling.

Washrooms were filthy the rooms are not as shown in the provided photograph the location is far from the mall road you won’t get anything post 7 PM Food is also over expensive without any good taste.

After arrived in Backpackers Hostel Darjeeling the staff told, here is no any accommodation against your booking reference number. After that I talked over phone, which number you have send me by WhatsApp. Someone said to go another place which is 10 kms. far. The name, address & mobile number totally different which I booked I am first time in that place and therfore I have spent unnecessary hours as well as car hire charges. I am traveling over 37 years and it is really a bitter experience...
