It was my bad to book this hostel for a stay. These people took my booking somewhere else and the property which i booked was somewhere else 3 kms away. There was 0 hospitality, they denied about complimentary breakfast, smoking wasn't allowed inside the room, the washroom was dirty and they even didn't provide a towel for free. I'm very kucj disappointed and want immediate action on the same.

On the day of your arrival, one of the rooms at our Railway Station property had an unexpected electrical issue caused by a light failure due to excessive moisture — a common challenge during heavy rain in Darjeeling. To ensure your safety and uninterrupted comfort, we immediately shifted your booking to our second property, which is also owned and managed by us. We’d like to clarify: The new property you were shifted to is just 3 km away and was chosen to maintain your experience without cancellation. Towels are not provided in our dorms, as mentioned in our listing. Smoking is not permitted inside rooms to maintain hygiene and safety for all guests. Complimentary breakfast is not included in all plans and depends on the specific booking selection. We did our best to accommodate you in the safest and most practical way possible during unexpected circumstances, and we’re sorry if that didn’t come through in your experience.
