Review Of Hotel Mandala

Too much poor service and hotel staff very bad room was very bad and quality was too much horrible I never suggest any person to saty in hotel no water supply no tv connection was working breakfast too much poor also food was very bad

Hotel situated at very nice place and the staff and environment of the hotel was excellent. Food was tasty and good. Excellent service by the Staff.

Nice hotel.. food is good and good service.. and great experience.. breakfast and dinner is good and taste

location is near to Mall road however the location was Damm dirty especially in front of the hotel. food was terribly bad in taste, we couldn't eat a single thing that order they cooking staff know nothing about cooking. I never had such horrible taste food ever in my life. Out of our 2 nights stay, one day we missed many sight scene as we couldn't start on time as there were no water in the hotel, my wife had to stuck in the bathroom for more than 40 minutes as she couldn't cane out of the bathroom in that situation. the staffs are careless, manager was sleeping even after I raise the concern multiple times. There are no amenities at all, instead the rooms are small, dirty, bathroom was horrible and Damm dirty, will share some pictures as well. I paid per night for this room, however this doesn't deserve even 500 per night. I don't know how this property was rated as 3 start in MMT. I feel like reporting against MMT first for mis guiding me.

Well, we had clearly booked a room for 3 which indicated a double bed room in the app but when we went there, the room that they provided us was best suited for 2. The bed was small and the room was not spacious.

My husband and I were on our romantic getaway to Darjeeling and stayed at Hotel Mandala. We had a fantastic experience with luxurious amenities, impeccable services, and excellent room views.

After conducting research, I selected Hotel Mandala. I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms and additional facilities. I highly recommend it!
