Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was not clean, with stains on the bedsheets and a musty smell. The bathroom was poorly maintained. The staff seemed uninterested in helping guests, and the service was very slow. Overall, this place is not worth the money, and I would not recommend staying here

Breakfast was very bad,lift was not working.service was also very bad.sometimes electricity was not there.

Not so good service, i was disappointed. Location is good overall it's average. They didn't even kept handwash in bathroom.

Hotel room is so bad. Very high charge but facilities are not very good

Room was mount view facing staffs were well behaved and quick response foods were fresh-ed and instant cooked.

1. Entrance road is very narrow & dirty 2. Rooms are not very clean 3. Room service is terrible 4. Shortage of water at night prevails

Hotel manager shouted very badly on us. He is the most rude guy i have ever seen in my life of traveling. He just denied to us for doing check- in. My amount is not refunded yet although we don't stay in hotel. Please guys don't book this hotel at any cost.

In check out time at 8:45 am the exit door is locked and we have not found any hotel staff or receptionist in the reception desk & as per the policy the hotel staff not provide us the complementary break fast.

Hotel staff was too good and specially room was nice and cleaned i must suggest for ds hotel

Hotel is situated in narrow & dirty back lane without most essential water & parking with faulty lift.

Location : awfully filthy reception : moderate behaviour : mechanical courtsey room : bad. No view from room. Damped wall. Even no hooks for clothes. Plenty of lighting inside room. Bathroom : no water at morning, when it is mostly required. Very limited warm water. Food : moderate value for money : 1 out of 10

There was no internet or wifi connection even though in the description they said that the hotel did. There was also no room service. The cleanliness was awful. But good rooms.

Our stay at hotel mahayana is quite comfortable. Special thanks to the gm and team for taking care of each and every guest personally. Room and bathroom is quite spacious and a special mention for the cleanliness of the hotel. Staffs are very polite and helpful.

Poor water supply. Unhygienic and unclean blankets with blood stains. No back up generator. Lift wasn't working. Poor room service. Took more than 2hours to serve every meal. Breakfast was supposed to be from 7, but they could never start serving before 9. 30. Some or other issues everyday. Overall a pathetic stay. Would never go back and will neither recommend anyone.

The hotel is near 3min walking from mall road. Rooms are really awesome. Food quality of hotel is best. Will recommend as the best hotel for everyone. Manager is good and cooperative.

Location is good. We booked 2 rooms. One of them was stinking really bad but they cleaned it up later. Room was not very spacious.

Had a pleasant stay. Hotel staff was so supportive. Special attention to cleanliness.
