old building NO WIFI NO HOT WATER NO HOUSE Keeping COMPLIMANTERY BREAKFAST NOT 🚫 location is not good for family stay

good mountain view from room . food quality is very good. Need maintenance of room interior. staffs behaviour is excellent.

Location - Ok. On the way to mall road. Food - didn't try. Room - look wise not good, not hygenic, no kettle, Bed old & dirty, Facilities - Nil, no exhaust fan in bathroom.

bad experience hotel rated as 3 star, services was terrible compared to it.. Room was not clean and tidy.. no other necessities were provided such as towel, bath materials.., tv was not working and even after asking for same, no one even bothered to check and make it work, they just try to ignored same . also regular was not provided, after telling same was made available.. for food we ordered, at the time of checkout in morning at 5 am as we were supposed to catch flight.. they asked for food money we have given 500 note for bill of 334/-.. Hotel person asked for exact change...plus asking for other options for payment - no option was provided.. Also while checking out of hotel, i personally had to pull the shutter of hotel, hotel person not even courteous do same or get lugguge out . pathetic service, not at all recommended

location wise good. money wise good. but the bathroom and curtains of the room was not clean enough. nice stay. staff behaviour was good. but intercoms were not working. had to call them. wifi didn't work properly.

Horrible experience after spending room.No wifi has been provided durng th stay.Rooms were dusty,taps were not working properly,Expired coffee pouchs bn given, Window broken & tied with curtains loops. Providing hot water by timing, 6:30am to 10:00am & same timing @ evening. 0 merked hospitality,No complimentary tea after written on MMT. Providing 1 spoon & 1 dish against 2 cup of tea.After complaining about rooms, they changed, room was bigger. But no wifi has provided during my 5 day trip.After complaining again & again, they didn't even came to room to checkout the problem.They have not shown any concern to us. After receiving this kind of service from the hotel, I am totally disappointed. Also disappointed fr doing this booking from MMT as well.

the flush of the toilet was not working. water was flowing backwards into the bathroom. inspite of this unusable toilet, they allotted the room to us . we had to use it for one day. the next day they changed the room. this time the toilet flush was working.

All services are good.Property location is nice I think property location is best because mall road and Market is so nearest and also all time vehicle is available for transport. Darjeeling railway station is almost near the property location.Food are also good.

The only problem is with hot water. The centralised hot water is available from 6:30 to 11.00 both in the morning and night, no gisure facility available in the bathroom. Their check in time is 1.00 a.m. so it will be very difficult for the guest as that time no hot water is available, but the manager provides us an Emerson rod to us as I was traveling with elderly person and baby. That thing needs to be reviewed because in Darjeeling hot water 24*7 is the prime necessity. kanchanjangha view is good.

Very flexible in check - in and check - out time, a good cozy place to stay with your family and friends. Close to Mall Road and local market, cozy rooms with all facilities, good service and management. Also have common heater and provide warm water for drinking

It was not good the hot water service was out or order we had to manage with cold water in this terrible cold

Dheeraj, who said to be the owner was a rude, useless, and hopeless person, room service very poor, food very bad, horrible staff, room size very small, room condition very horrible, will never stay again in this worst class hotel having worst class staff. Worst type of room in a worst hotel. Terrible

The hotel is so-so, but it's 650m - 700m far from mall road. The hotel staff is good. But the food was not good according to us.

It was a very pleasant stay in hotel apsara. The rooms were clean and comfortable for 3 people. One small extra room was attached to the room, hence u kid also had a separate room for herself. The view was also good from my super deluxe room. Over all it was a great stay. Staffs were well mannered and easily available to help. Thank you makey trip for a beautiful experience in darjeeling in budget price. How do i avail my discount next time?

I recommend this to stay here, because their staff & service is very prompt. The food is average. I ordered veg thali, but i'm not much satisfied with the food taste. Overall, great service & everything. Must visit. Thank you !

It was very bad experience. We asked them a extra blanket at night, first they said they will give but later on didnt provide. And they provided a wrong number for service. And the room was smelling from the toilet. Their behaivour was also very much rude
