We stayed in a mountain view room with a balcony, which was clean, although the washroom was small, it was clean enough. All the staff members were good, or rather, the best; their politeness and helping nature were commendable. The order on call service was very active. The food was vegetarian, but tasty; it was a little expensive, but it was okay, and the quality was good. The view from the top of the hotel was just awesome.

The hotel view was very beautiful with mountains and a balcony. The rooms were quite cozy and comfortable. Will suggest to add non veg in the menu as there's only veg and egg. The services were really prompt. Though we asked for a late check-out but couldn't get it. Services were good. Will definitely visit again

Despite booking a view room we were given a room with just a window by which we can see an old building just opposite of the road. When we asked for a view room they said there is no room available in this hotel. After requesting them repeatedly they said we have to pay an extra 500 rs per night for another room with a bigger window. The TV in the room didn’t work at all. The bathroom is not bigger than 5 ft.

1) We entered the property and found that the room had no balcony and while booking the pictures were having balcony. When we requested for room with balcony they refused. 2) when we entered the room the room was smelling like shit 3) we went to see the terrace and there were more than 20 spiders and spider web 4) One whole night there was no electricity and no power back up we had to take a bath with ice cold water 5) 3-4 small Centipede were found in our room.

My 3 day’s stay was terrible. Hotel is over pricy, Hospitality is so far they lack in providing even basic and essential facilities i.e electricity. In my last 2 days there was complete black out in nights for hours and hours seems like their power back up generator isn’t efficient. I would neither plan to stay again nor recommend anyone to splurge their hard worked money on this hotel.

Had the worst experience well it was my 1th time in darjeeling . circuit problem was also there. we had to spend one whole night without electricity Any other hotel is better than this.please don't choose this hotel for booking
