Super Hotel O Ghoom Formerly Aps Homestay

We booked the hotel from MakeMyTrip on the basis of photos and the room was a disaster! It was super small, dirty bed with a stiff mattress, the closet was dirty and there were molds growing inside. The window had broken glass and no privacy without the curtains. There was only one bulb as the light source and a damaged small almost concave mirror as the dressing table! Some random things were dumped under the bed and weird smell was coming from there. There were no floor coverings and the floor was very cold, after asking, the owner handled some dirty piece of cloth and when we told him that, he insulted us very rudely that we were scared for the rest of our stay! The bathroom was dirty, no geyser, no outlet of the sink, no exhaust fan as well and they'll provide only a small soap in the name of toiletries. The door lock was broken and they entered our room with other keys when we were not present in the hotel and made excuses when we asked the reason, so we felt totally unsafe and lack of privacy here. They had only veg thali and omlette option there and nothing more and food was totally average. The room was soo noisy and there was a big gap under the door and you can hear all the things they were doing outside. The blanket was soo dirty as well. We had the worst experience ever! I've attached photos according to my complaint. The TV was also damaged.

The food was excellent and had a delicious homemade touch. The stay was very comfortable — felt just like home

Location: The homestay is ideally situated on the main road, making it easily accessible. Room: The room was clean, spacious, and featured a lovely balcony with a view. The full carpet flooring added extra comfort. Service: The receptionist (a young girl) was extremely polite and helpful throughout the stay, which made the experience more pleasant.

This was a lovely hotel with such a great service. I loved every moment spent here! A very high recommendation from me!

It was a very comfy place, uncle and aunt y were nice and caring. The rooms were very clean and the food was top notched. I would recommend who ever is visiting darjeeling should checkout this place.

Had a booking for 3 nights in OYO homestay from 8th October to 11th October.The Hotel was very far from prime centres like Mall road. Room was not even containing drinking water facility. Ideally room should be provided with a kettel charger and drinking water .Room cleaning not done on daily basis. Room attendants not available.No street lights near the home stay. Homestay Food was nice. Thanks to both husband and wife for all the support provided to make our stay comfortable. However home stay should have a travel desk for facilitating sightseeing.

Hotel staff pretend like unaware of booking. And say we are not accepting booking bcz of poor and delayed payment system.

Near ghoom station. Good location

Almost everything is good at this hotel. Adjacent to ghum station. Calm environment. Hotel owner were supportive and caring. Food is good. Large room we got. 4 out of 5 star.

The concerned person of the property have cancel-led my booking 12 hours prior to the check in. He haven't even informed us.

We have booked this home stay before a month ago. But when we have reached there they allotted us such dirty rooms with toilets that even animals don't want to live. We requested them to change our rooms but they didn't. They told us that only two rooms are left if you want to stay you can otherwise you can go. It was 9:30 pm in darjiling. You know 9:30pm in darjeeling means it's late night. Thanks to make my trip they have considered our concern and refunded full amount. Although their food is good.

In a very comfortable location in Darjeeling and very best service provided by the owners.
