Yes. But the room image provided for superdeluxe room was without a pillar gaurding the view which look pleasant but when we got our room there was a pillar in the way of the window view which beats the purpose for a super deluxe room.

It was a lovely experience. The less crowded location, the hillside view from the window and the cozy beds, all came together to make the stay an exciting one. Will wish for a better electricity service along with the wifi while visiting next time.

I booked this through MMT.hotel was at a ok location.room was clean bathroom was clean everything was good.extra mattress was provided .one issue that TV was not there dur to some repair work.they promised but could not arrange.experience overall was good

It's at a 10 mins walk from the mall road but given the price it's decent. The reception desk is very helpful. Breakfast had limited items but we're fresh and tasty and served with smile. Some rooms are smaller than the other ones and view also depends from room to room.

The rooms was ok, good food but reception people no knowledge of local taxi and cab and hotel is too far which makes you pay 500 to 600 for taxi if you are lucky to get one.

The hotel is in a great spot, close to the clock tower. But the road from the mall road to the hotel is very steep, which can be hard for older people to walk. The rooms are small but well-made

Everything is fine, but the location is not for waking from Mall road. It's too tough to wake up from Mall road,it's too inclined. Aside, room bed size only for two pax is comfortable, not for two adults and one child.

This is one of the best hotel in darjeeling. The hill view from the common area is amazing. The hotel staff is too good and too friendly. Mr samrat(hotel manager) is very very good. It was my first trip to darjeeling and that also with family. I loved the hotel and i strongly recommend it to everyone. If anyone is planning to visit darjeeling then do book this hotel for your comfort stay.

The staffs are horrible, uncomfortable stay, food is over priced compared to other best restaurants and hotels in darjeeling, this is a horrible hotel to go. And moreover the location of this property is too too bad. I couldn't understand while doing the booking, i will never ever do an booking again. Total money wastage. I opted for a 3 adult stay, and they didn't have that facility we had to adjust with mattress, in a cold place where you are going for a vacation how can one be comfortable to sleep or enjoy ones vacation sleeping on the floor with a mattress. Horrible experience no worries will never book You should return my money back

Also it is clearly mentioned during the booking process that all our rooms are double bed rooms and when you book extra person a mattress is provided with proper Bed sheet and Blankets. Hence forth I would request you to read properly before making any booking at any hotels. Since you had assumed something and did not get the service you rated us poorly. A terrible one day stay

First of all these people are a big lier *. Because i paid for super deluxe room and they gave deluxe room. And the staff members also behave like nonsense. For giving room sevice they demand extra charges which is ridiculous in its own. Overall my one day stay in this tripoo potala palace in darjeeling was not worth. I don't suggest you to come here at all. If u will order food. The quantity they will give is not even enough for one person also. Therefore kindly do never come here. Bye
