Good Stay
Property, food quality & staff behaviour is excellent, but reaching to this property is very challenging due to the road conditions. The location is more of a commercial place & not suitable for tourist visits. View from the hotel room

Hotel is excellent
But the location is pathetic. 22 km far away from Darjeeling. After 4 pm no communication from Darjeeling.

Isolated remote place for Darjeeling visitors
Hotel is good, staffs are good but the location is very remote. It takes 2.5 hrs to reach from Darjeeling main city. No proper transportation from Darjeeling to bijanbari. Location is very disappointing.

It takes 2.5 hrs to reach the hotel
It was isolated from Darjeeling. There was no parking space. My vehicle was parked in open area in front of hotel. Where it has been hit by another vehicle in parked position.

Its Worth for money

Worst experience
group1st the manager was rude and unethical, he couldn't provide us an extra mattress so he shift us to another room, for which he was asked for extra money although we had already paid for our stay of 3 persons while booking, location was too far away from the city and the route is so isolated you cant find a single street light in the entire way, the food was pathetic. They sell Maida aloo parathas for breakfast in which you cant find a single bit of potato in it, wont recommend it to anyone. Instead book hotel in the city. Thank you.
