The room was clean, and the staffs were helpful. Hot water was available, and the view from the room was beautiful.

Very very very Bad..... services and behaviour of staffs were extremely bad and poor cleanliness was also a big issue

Room are not properly cleaned. Basic facilities i.e. kettle, cup are not available. Food is of poor quality.

Terrible stay at this hotel. No parking , service is also very bad. Hot is not like as it shown in the picture. Food was also horrible.

Get a mountain facing room with a view of kanchanjhanga hill, location is perfect which is 2. 7 km far from the darjeeling station from where you can get a toy train, food is good and they maintain the hygiene and safety standards.

Located at a good place, everything is accessible. Stay here for 2 night, room was excellent, so as the food.

It was okay. One blanket was stinking a bit and there was a chewing gum stuck in one blanket. Servicing was good but the owner of the hotel was a bit weird, made us wait for a cab for very long.

Interior of room is good. Floors are upside down. Means, 2nd floor is below first floor and 3rd floor is below 2nd floor. Services are also nice but not available/less available after 10 Pm.

Food was so tasty and price was reasonable. Sightseeing trip was arranged by The Hotel, that also on time and enjoyed. The package was quite high and The drive was very rude at The finishing. He forcibly asking to purchase The tea powder in his referral shop that was very costly.

An amazing hotel with all best amenities like location, room cleanliness, mountain view room, tasty and hygienic food and most importantly the staff behavior. Room heater comes with extra charge but works well. Mall road is around 2 km from the hotel and you can easily get there by share taxi. The hotel also provides the best tour plan for you with very friendly driver within an affordable price. In total a first choice hotel if you ever visit Darjeeling.
