Food was good and hospitality was also nice.

Pros - location is on main road disadvantage - aqua-guard not working, room not serviced, dirty blankets, insect and termites on wall, old damage mattress not comfortable for sleeps, geyser not working in one washroom

The price of 5 star hotels of food but the food was not so good. I think hotel was good option. And there were small rooms.

I stayed a week at Numa Ghar Homestay. The Host Radha and her Family members were very helpful and nice. The food prepared was first class. The shortcomings were:- lack of water which is a problem in overall Darjeeling Area, The rooms were good but the room doors need curtains to ensure more privacy and further tidiness in the room corners and below the beds were needed also bathroom and toilet facilities neatness and tidiness have to be maintained which is the responsibility of the guests too. further Payment of Bills would greatly help in online mode or in QR code system as nowadays even a Paan Gumti guy has a QR code 🙂. Very excellent host and hostess.👍

Owner was very cordial and supportive however rooms were clumsy. room was ok as per the price.

Good stay. Excellent host giving 100 % to make the guests comfortable.

Location far from darjeeling market. Overall good but have 2 common bathroom, one indian and another western. No attached bathroom in rooms. The main gate remains always open, no such reception is there.

Numa Ghar Homestay is located in the heart of Darjeeling. Mall Road is only 20 mins walk from it . Transportation is very much active . The host is very friendly but does not stay in there ,he just a call away . The view from the deluxe rooms is just mesmerizing. If the weather is clear you can just sit beside the window and witness the beauty of the valleys and ofcourse Mt Kanchenjunga is clearly visible . Food is very good but you need to inform the host a bit early if you wanna get it on time . Clean washrooms but they are common bathrooms which I would say a negative side . All over it was a comfortable and happy stay in Numa Ghar . Hope to visit again ❤️

5 - excellent. I've had a wonderful experience in nu-ma ghar and the view was awesome. It was totally worth to stay there and i've enjoyed a lot. Would definitely going to recommend this. Every penny was worth it. Will never forget this experience.

sealing was break and food was disaster and toilet was not clean. view from the window is beautiful.

View is superb from room, staff is good.

Food was not of much standard, hygiene of bathroom and room was ok. As far as safety is concern a gate is there at the entrance but no person is there or is locked. Location wise is ok but parking issue is much.

Good for solo trip and bachelors. Bike parking available but confirm it before booking. 10 mins walking from station and 25 to 30 mins from mall. Value for money. Common kitchen and washroom.

Average facilities, good view from window, shared kitchen and toilet. Need to have proper cleanliness of room and toilets, kitchen is shared so need to have more cutlery and crockery.

Everything eas perfect and the caretaker mr kundan is a nice person. Helped in every way. He personally took care of everything and helped to manage local market and sightseeing etc.
