It was very pleasant stay, food was good and owner was also humble. Cleanliness could have been better, otherwise all is good

The Owner was Very Courteous and Welcoming. Rooms were Clean and The Best part is that you can access the Rooftop at any given point of time.

Service was good, whenever we called they responded. Rooms were good, the only problem was lack of ventilation in rooms as well as washroom. Otherwise the stay was good.

The homestay was really good with good view and proper location. The rooms were clean and well furnished. The staff was excellent and tries to do their best to cater for all requests and needs. The only thing that would add to their charm is if they have a temperature regulation system in their rooms, as the location gets quite cold sometimes. The homestay did not have food availability, but guided us to good food joints and restros all according to the need, wish and budget of the customer. Good for family vacations. They took extra care for my parents who are senior citizens. Also, last but not the least, they have a cute 3 year old dog named Toishi who was very friendly and the highlight of my day. Every time he would meet and greet me with so much passion that I used to feel rejuvinated after the days toll. I would really love to visit that place again.

" Worth Every Penny " ~ Had an excellent experience staying at Bitta Inn homestay , it has a lot of positives :- 1) The proximity to the main attractions or area. It is very close from the stay. 2) The room is absolutely enough for 2 people , comfy bed and blankets , has little chairs and wardrobes so lot of storage and the room we stayed in had outside view which was nice. 3) The Bathroom and the room is very clean. 4) There is lot of space in the lobby and also an balcony. 5) There is free Wifi and a smart tv , so you can access any streaming service or media you want. 6) Wonderful caretakers, they were very kind and helpful , they itself enhanced the experience a little bit as it is always good to have good people around you. ~The only negative I could say is that :- 1) The room is small but it is enough for 2 people tho , you can stay comfortably. 2) I also felt the breakfast is a little expensive if you are eating from the stay itself. ● Overall , Bitta Inn Homestay was wonderful and we are very happy that we spent our money on this homestay. Highly recommended. Special mention , the Kapil restaurant near Bitta Inn also offers delicious food.

Darjeeling is less than 1. 5 kms and is on the the main road beside the toy train track. Very convenient, well maintained and courteous. Highly recommended

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

Actually washroom set up are not proper for guests use. In one room faced water logged in flooring not draining. Next day they shifted us another rooms. Rooms lock system are not proper. Rooms furniture bed so clumsy congested size wise. Rest owners behavior good.
