Room are OK, Darjeeling view 👌, for Kanchan janga view u have to go out side the property, food- only veg. Room Service is average , aproche to property is difficult.

Misleading Information: Location: The homestay is not 1km away from Mall Road and the market area as stated. It is significantly farther, making it difficult to access Accessibility: The homestay is poorly connected to main roads, and my cab driver refused to pick us up. Unsatisfactory Conditions: Hygiene: The rooms were in a deplorable state. There were numerous hygiene issues, including insects, cobwebs, big spiders fungus, and dampness. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, and the bedsheets were unclean. Amenities: Basic amenities like glasses, tea cups, a functioning TV, adequate lighting, and multiple charging points were either missing or not working. WiFi: The WiFi was not running and the router was left hanging in the room. Rude and Unprofessional Service: Pick-up: The homestay owner did not come to pick us up as promised, instead sending two young children who were unable to assist with our luggage. Complaints: When we raised concerns about the hygiene issues, the service provider became defensive and accused us of not checking the photos before booking. And the problems we raised were not visible in the pictures. The staff's behavior was rude and unprofessional. charges of this home stay are much much higher than other hotels and rooms near mall road.

Best homestay with very good owner and staff with amazing customer interaction rooms were good clean and cozy with clean bathrooms and the property owner childers were a great companion to hangout with a nice terrace and the food will give you a true home like taste

The owner is really nice. But below are the points to consider: 1. Location of the hotel is 2km below the market. Difficult to cover the distance to and from the market and other locations. So book at your own risk. 2. Cleanliness: this is a big no. They show you room with attached washrooms but eventually you may end up having the washroom across the visitor sitting area. I had use the restroom only when it became too difficult for me to hold the business. 3. Privacy: if you want to have a nice sleep, god help you as you are likely to be interrupted by other guests talking out loud just your room. Moreover the owner has the tendency to barge into the room without knocking. So make sure you lock the room from inside and if you don't, make sure you are wearing clothes. Overall, if you are looking for a budget stay, go for something which is near the railway station on hill cart road. If you want to be interrupted and disturbed now and then, please feel free to make the booking.

The property is surrounded with beautiful nature. You can have a beautiful nature view from terrace open hut. The fooding is also very nice with affordable price. Above all the owner of the property mr rush i is very gentle & caring. He takes care of your entire visit from njp also if you want. He has very good relation with local drivers which helps you during your visit in darjeeling. In darjeeling local conveyance cost is very high & cab drivers also take uncessary charges for small-small distances (rs. 500-700 just for 3-4 km. If you ask the owner he provides good cab driver with convenient rates & also he guides you from where you can get share cab. The 14 year kid of the owner is also very talented (a national hockey player, black-belt in martial arts also a mesmerizing singer with a good fan following in instagram.

The best service! i shouldn't be using the word service as the owners treated us like a family. I visited on my birthday with my family. They unexpectedly gifted me with a best birthday surprise. The younger son of the owner is a multi-talented guy who is an excellent singer. He personally sang songs on my birthday to make me feel special. Not only that, a special puja was done on my birthday for my well being which touched our hearts. The food is so reasonable and of utmost awesome taste, that too homemade, quantity serves 3, even if you order one plate the only disadvantage is that the location is far away from darjeeling mall road. But the plus point is that the owner will send you transport till hotel, that too in very very reasonable price. Also, he will arrange reserved bookings for your travel in much lower price than market rate covering the same travel tourism points. Thanks to the entire team for making me and my family feel so special.

Home stay is good but the location is the worst. Because if u go to mall then for up and down you have to spend atleast 1000 to 1400 rupees. We went for a day trip of different points of darjeeling. The driver set home stay was very inefficient and incompetent. For the driver only we were unable to visit the zoo and japanese temple. U may say why u took driver from the home stay onwer. The answer is u bound to do that. If u want to spend one night then without roaming darjeeling the u can stay.

Excellent property managed by sharmaji. Perfect location for a peaceful stay. Vegetarian food was delicious with variety served with lot of warmth.

Property location is not good but view is nice. Food is average but they don't even provide water in room that too is chargeable. Expired biscuits packet is given on room
