Terrible Stay

the hotel owner dosenot provide room in lamahata he force to me to book there another resort in Bijan bari which 2.30 minute drive from lamahata and whole day the property owner and make my trip customer care force me to visit there property and in 7.30 pm the call me and ask me why you are not checked in.amd today morning I saw my trip is complete...what a terrible experience..thank make my trip whole team and property owner.to ruin my whole day as well as my money..
