The property staff were very helpful. The property is very close to the darjeeling mall..around 5 min walk. Overall reaction.. satisfied.

Good stay
Good stay. The staff was polite and helpful.Although location is little bit far from mall. There is a steep slope which you need to climb to reach the hotel Good stay. HOTEL IS GOOD also the staff is good . Just 3 min walking distance from mall road . Rooms are same as shown in the picture go for it

Excellent Stay
Rooms were clean, Toilet clean, Excellent room service, staff was very helpful, Food was also very good. The location is a bit hard to access for first timer....but the staff was helpfull enough to bring us with luggage from main road.

Sher Bengal revie
Location wise very convenient from Mall road and other tourist spots. Amenities and services are top notch for me as a first time visitor in their property. Earlier i was skeptical but later i realised my selection was apt. Being a pet friendly hotel in tourist place is a boon and on top of that the hotel staff hospitality made it icing on the cake. Hope to visit again and recommend it to my acquaintances.

Very good hotel
Hotel was cozy, room was comfortable and staff was very courteous. Food was very delicious. I loved my stay at Sher Bengal. The only con of thos hotel is it cannot be reached by car. You have to travel on foot for 1 min to reach hotel.

Average sta
Hotel is good, but the location is very poor and very tough slope to walk with if you have elderly with you. Located near the mall around 500mtrs but very stiff road to climb, and cars don't have services normally to hotel door directly. So before booking think twice. Rest service and ambiance and stuff behavior is very good.

Terrible Stay
It’s a pathetic hotel. Hotel staff does not the basics of treating the guests. They don’t behave properly. Guests have to carry their own luggage. Upon asking for contact number of owner for discussing these feedback, the receptionist told me that he can’t give the number. Terrible service. It is the worst hotel I have ever experienced.

Darjeeling Stay
The stay was overall nice: Location 3 out of 5 as it is a steep climb up from the mall, 7 mins walk from mall. Food 4.5 was very tasty and nice quality. Amenities 3, few things were not working e.g. hot water in the basin, intercom in room 201. Service is 4.5, very helpful staff and always cooperative.

Average Stay
As the tagline of this hotel 'absolute luxury'. There is nothing as so-called luxury. The hotel is average with a place difficult to reach when you reach Darjeeling. Moreover the lane in which this hotel is situated is so congested that we were not even able to enter with our 4, wheeler. Everyday there's the same boring menu in the breakfast buffet i.e. aloo poori which tasted average. Roadside poori aloo vendor can give a better taste then them. So my overall experience while staying here at this property was average.

Review on Sher Bengal, Darjeeling
it was good, 5 mins walking distance from mall road ,new furnished property,staff's behaviour was very good,they help us to find out the location,food was good but price was high, room and toilet was not specious. I saw mesmerizing sunrise and Kanchanjangha from the roof.

It was unexpected that we can find this much of good and excellent hotel at Darjeeling at budget. It was overall awesome stay there. The staffs was so good and calm.
