I have stayed only 2 nights and paid for 3 nights firstly i want a refund for 1 night as due to demise of my grandmother i need to leave early. Secondly they treat up and bihar customers as a terrorist. They provide no parking to them. If you park your vehicle then they ask you to leave your contact number. Once you do this they will keep calling you and make your night miserable. No food support, no kitchen. The only thing nice is weather over darjeeling. I want refund of one day makemytrip. Com

they did not provide the the room I paid for. Bedbugs. random ppl walking on the corridor late at night.insects. there are 2 teenage kids. they are assigned to take care of the property .they work as receptionist manager chef etc. although I did not for once called them as I knew the outcome. I hope they would offer a hand towel atleast.but nope. I got bitten by bedbugs. I used the place just to sleep at nite. enter at 8pm leave by 7am. only bachelors with alcohol can survive .

Manager is so unprofessional, she just need customers though her hotel is not enough capable for 3 person, still she accept requests and ask for extra money at the time of check in, no power backup there, hotel location is very dangerous, you it is way down and there is slippery stairs.
