Everything was good about the hotel except the geyser. We had to face difficulties with hot water every morning because they had some issues in the geyser. Otherwise the overall stay was good.

Location and property's food are excellent but we stay in suit family room at 4th floor. It is very difficult to going up without lift facilities. Otherwise behavior of the staff is realy good.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Darjeeling. The staff were exceptionally well-mannered, helpful, and hospitable, making our experience very comfortable. The hotel’s location, right opposite Kungar, provided easy access to the Mall and other attractions in Darjeeling. The reception team and all the staff offered excellent service with food and other assistance. The dining area was pleasant, the food was delicious, and the rooms offered beautiful views.Overall, it was a delightful and memorable stay.

Location of this property is very good, but the property is old. First day of stay was not that good as the property was sold out and we had to adjust with the room , that was available at that time, but second day they upgraded my stay. The staff listens to you and try to help as much as they can. The breakfast was good on both the days of my stay. Thanks Paul for upgrading my room on the second day.👍
