very bad and worst experience ever .....room was very poor we change atleast 3 room and in every room there is trouble in using wash room and room.. we add breakfast included room .. they serve egg or omlette and worst puri with aloo sabji that's it ..

Hotel was not good. we are not satisfied. First they give us a very bad condition room then we say please change the room then the change the room but it was horrible experience

Too much dirty room and also fully damed. though we did full payment but still we changed our hotel as the room's wall was damaged, getting bad smell, dirty bed sheet and towel. Very much disgusting hotel. Never recommend

Dampened rooms. no natural sunlight.Smelly bathroom. not suitable for staying with small children.

The property's location was pretty good but the it was not at all well maintained. Door locks are not proper, rooms are damps, bathroom water leakage into rooms. Only the food service is good.

So called deluxe rooms were pathetic in basement, had to pay extra for upgrade to super deluxe which was on top floor. local staff kunal & ankit were the saving grace during the stay

I booked this place hoping to enjoy the scenic beauty shown online, but it was a complete letdown. I was given a basement room with a sealed window — no view at all. The room had no TV, and the towels and bedsheets were stained. To make things worse, the Wi-Fi wasn't working either. Overall, it was an uncomfortable and frustrating stay. I can't recommend this place to anyone.

The location of the stay is decent, You can easily go to the mall , mall market,clock tower and the place (ramada hotel ) where you can get a shared taxi to get back to Siliguri or jalpaiguri, also when you came to Darjeeling through taxi they drop you near ramada hotel . But we had only an issue with the washroom, cleaned but some bad smell irritated us every time. Otherwise everything is fine. The staff were very humble.

location excellent only two minutes from Mall road. Staff outstanding and very cooperative A bit of patience is required whatever you tell them it is done. Chef is excellent providing very good breakfast. The manager at front desk is providing superb service. Overall experience was very very good.

The room showed in picture is not matching with actual room. Room was very dirty and toilets was not clean at all. Hotel peronnals are not cooperative at all.... Terrible experience ..

They didn't help me reach the hotel. wifi is too slow and tv wasn't on

very poor category hotel, from every side. Rooms( view room) are damping walls, no amenities like room heater, bed heater, hair dryer and many more. A security problem is there also for the upper floor room. Not recommended at all.

Excellent location. Spacious room. Hill view from window. Cattle with tea coffee milk sugar. Bathroom with geyser. Tv with cable line. Free in room wifi. Concessional rate for off season. No restaurant. Cistern with leakage. Tap broken but no repairment for two days. room heater rent 500.
