The hotel location was good but there are cleanliness problems and food problems also .

Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations. The room condition was not good, and the service provided was not satisfactory. Additionally, I was particularly disappointed that the spa facility, which was prominently advertised, was not available during my visit. I chose your hotel based on the amenities listed, and I hope these issues can be addressed to avoid inconvenience for future guests. It was nice stay at rendezvouss

Rooms are not clean & incomplete, Very bad. The bed sheets are dirty, the toilet is not clean. The location is good but you have to walk 300-400 meters with your luggage. The lift is very small. You don't order the food, They have no idea of vage or nonveg. I ordered pure veg but they served me with garlic and onions, very pathetic. staff are not well trended. I never recommend it to anyone.

Hotel location was not so good. Also faced water problem early in morning. Room condition also not so good as per tarriff

This hotel is good for a stay. Highly recommended. Staff behaviour, all over maintenance and hot water supply all are good. we have booked mountain view rooms and it's much better to see mountains from the room.

Pros: Located at walking distance from Mall road. We could see Kanchenjungha every day on our morning walks from the viewpoint located just ~500mtrs from the hotel. Staffs were courteous and prompt in helping. They used to help us politely with every help that we asked of them. They used to prepare food like how we asked them to following our instructions very well. They were very friendly with our pet dog. Cons - Geyser of both our rooms stopped working and although the staff fixed one geyser, they couldn’t fix the other one so , last day we didn’t have hot water to bathe in.

Everything was good. Rooms, beds. Food. All were good. But the management can be more good. They have to be more professional. Behaviour and all are decent. No problem. But allover management could be more better

I am really sorry to say that the service wasn't as good as the hotel mount royal. I stayed here for 3 days but the television was not working, the intercom system not working. I am really upset. One thing i have forgotten is that their food is very good, their chef "milan lepcha' s cooking is awesome.

The room was not as per description given over net. Stinky room, washroom overflowing with water, tiny room, with tv out of order, small bed, broken mirror on the wardrobe which also stink-ed and wasn't usable, the electric kettle was also out of order, below standard accessories provided and more over immense discrepancies with what we were provided and what had been depicted. Though the complementary breakfast was good. Some of the staffs were well behaved and courteous. After heated arguments and on complaining to mmt, they agreed to change the room. The stay was indeed unsatisfactory

Hotel Management was very Helpful. The room & Toilet were Clean. They help us in every step. Very Much satisfied ❤️

We had stayed for 2 nights on 30th and 31st dc 2020. Points: the lift was not working and we were given a room at the fourth floor. Room no. 402the room ended where it started. It was so small that even my bathroom was bigger that the room. The phone was not working, had to go down till ground floor to ask somethingthe water was leaking from the basini had paid and never expected this.
