while I appreciate the professionalism and kindness of the hotel staff during my stay, I was disappointed with food quality,which did not meet expectations.Additionaly , I was pressured into upgrading my room ,which felt unfair and added unexpected cost. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to improve future guest experience

Won't really complain regarding the hotel, they extended good hospitality and have been extremely courteous. This is a budget hotel for which I had paid for one night stay. Also, the hotel had just one more family as guests and the going price for one night

We had a fantastic stay at Mount Baserra !! The staffs were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel so welcome. Our room was spotless, with a beautiful view of the mountains

Nice stay with great scenic view o Kurseong

Location: At least 500 mtr walking from Kurseong station along the Pankhabari road downwards. Not to go with the Google map location. The balcony view deluxe room provides an excellent scenic view of undulating landscape of tea gardens. However, rooms are not spacious enough. Bathrooms are clean and the warm water is available throughout. Food is good, though expected a bit better w.r.t. the price. The rooftop restaurant has a great view and ambience. Amenities are average though services are nice and the staffs are courteous. Overall a nice stay.

The location is a little far from the Kurseong station. The maintenance of the hotel is not great. Service is very good but needs more maintenance

Avoid! There should be better options

1. Location: Good. overseeing tea gardens, near Kurseong market. 2. Room size: Extremely small. Difficult if there is a child as well. 3. Food: Average. Not many choices in the menu. 4. Issues : The bed sheet was smelling of cigarettes. Had to get that changed. Too many bugs and insects inside the room. From cockroaches to exotic good looking insects. 5. Made us check out as if somebody was waiting right at the door. I requested that my cab is reaching in half an hour. The lady said We should come down and wait at the lobby. It was only 11 in the morning amd there were no guests waiting. I chose for an option where one lunch/dinner was included along with breakfast. Don't fall for this option. Was charged a whopping for a room which wasn't frankly worth more than 2.5k. And yes despite paying this amount, you have to pay for packaged water you take along with your food.

This hotel have cleaned and sanitated rooms which provides a green natural views every time and having fresh and higenic foods and all the staffs are very polite and respectful so I love this hotel.

For the price they charge the accommodation was not good Restaurant is on 4th floor. With no lift in the hotel walking up is strenuous. Vehicle noise is too much. Even though they changed room for us. There is a permanent smell of the bathroom in the room too No parking in premises . Breakfast is just one item apart from bread/eggs. no fruit. no juice. no cornflakes, And dinner order must be placed by 7pm. And finished by 930 . no choice there is no restaurant nearby no mesh door/window to keep open to let in fresh air when it's hot inside. Door left open means lots of mosquitoes and insects come into the room

The staff , service , food , washroom and restaurant were very good . All the members of the hotel was well behaved and very helpful. The only things which need improvement are linen should be clean and the room walls were dirty with spots .
