Rooms are spacious and clean but lacking in amenities. There is not even a ceiling fan , forget ac, no fridge etc. Service is very poor. You have to ask for everything like for towels and soap etc. Food is decent. At this price point this hotel needs a lot of improvement.

Location : it is located away from main kurseong town, but view is good. Room : very good, service : very bad, we have faced night long power cut, without a candle. Food : good price : high compared to a good home stay

Location is spectacular staff is also good but construction of hotel is not completed, in this cold weather room heater is not available. Food option is limited and restaurant is also not statrted. More astonishing thing is name board of this hotel is not on display

Pleasant experience

Situated in off beat location. Excellent view from room. If you wish to stay out of chaos this is the best location to stay. As it's a very new under-construction property, presently their restaurant has not been opened yet, but resort authorities can deliver food at your door step as per your request. Overall it's a good experience.

T Took us amidst the clouds, above valleys
coupleThe view from our balcony was the first sight that made us fall for the place. It was majestic, yet felt homely. The staff were proactive and helpful. It's a new property with upcoming facilities, but very promising. Room was exactly like the picture. The in-house restaurant food was amazing. We really do hope to come back.
