The first time was 24th-25th april 2025. It was a very late check-in and an overnight stay. Check-in was smooth. Everything worked as expected. And we got a goodnight rest. The mattress was perfect for us. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Based on that we booked for our way back 27th-28th april. Same experience. This time also an very early morning checkout - worked just fine. Dinner was good too with good service. All in all, great value for money

Rooms are good although was expecting premium rooms to be bigger, not much to say about view as it's in middle of residential area. Staff is polite and good, food, restaurant is also good. The driver whom we hired from Hotel for Darjeeling trip was not at all cooperative and there were lot of communication gaps, which made trip to Darjeeling not so enjoyable and productive, felt waste of money and time.

The room was clean, decent with all possible amenities . The bathroom size was big, clean with necessary toiletries. Restaurant and cafe both served good food and taste was decent, fresh cooked. Breakfast buffet was great with various options. Also we were delighted that we were allowed for early check in as was requested. All over a satisfying stay as the location was also very good .

I stayed at the Sunhill Portico for two days and the environment there was really nice. The staff was very friendly and the room and other amenities were very nice. I really enjoyed it and will come back next time!

It was a very late checkin and overnight stay. All very smooth. Nice and clean rooms. Comfortable stay once we got a non-smoking room. Good breakfast. Happy - so we booked for our return too.
