Very nice stay experience.Very cordial and helpful staff.Overall excellent experience .Location is very good..very near to all the important spots in Darjeeling and easily reachable from the taxi drop point.Food is of very good quality and taste too.Happy to choose this hotel for our stay in Darjeeling

The room was very neat and clean. Also very close to the mall road. Hotel staffs were well managed. They also have inhouse restaurant. During my stay I ordered food from thhere, which was very good and tasty. Therefore, I enjoyed a lot.

Location is good. Overall service is good. Lift is small and slow built especially for Sr Cirizens. Restaurant service can be improved.

Reasonable Hotel at Darjeeling.
Welcome given was excellent. Food is also fine. Behaviour of staff is excellent. Hotel location from Mall is very close.

No parking area Room was not prepared at the time of our check in.We waited for half an hour till room was prepared/cleaned for us. Food was good. At the time of check in,they didn't demand our photo I card!!

property is in heart of city breakfast is below average services for lunch and dinner is pretty slow and unsatisfactory lift is there for higher floors which help in avoiding stairs

Excellent Stay
Rooms are good, and hotel staffs are also very courteous and active. The location of hotel is also very good near Bhanubhaban (Mall is just 5 min walk) and most importantly it is accessible by car.

Poor Stay!
Found the hotel on MMT. Extremely poor stay. Hotel is in a poor condition and the rooms need desperate repairs. We stayed in attic rooms and the wood was completely damp. Flush in the toilet was not working. They said they would get it fixed but that did not happen. We literally had to fill the bucket with water to flush after using the toilet. Rooms service by Mohammad was very good otherwise the rest of the staff including the general manager Mr Bikash Chhetri was extremely rude. The last nail in the coffin was then he said the card machine doesn't work and the Internet not being serviceable was not his concern. This was the first and last time we have stayed at this hotel. We recommend please don't go and waste your money.

Excellent stay attic room was awesome with the city view, staff was excellent specially I would like to thank Halim who was the staff at the hotel he made me feel like it was a second home for me.
