Average Stay
We had a generally good stay. The service was very good, and the specific staff member who attended to us was excellent. We appreciated the 24-hour availability of hot water in the good-sized bathroom. The breakfast was both good and tasty, but the experience was slightly hindered by a lack of consistent staff attention. Our main issue was the size and layout of the room. As a couple, we found the room too small, which made it difficult to fully open and access our luggage. Additionally, the placement of the mirror in a corner was awkward and inconvenient.

Excellent Stay
I visited Darjeeling and stayed with my family and friends from September 3rd to sept 5th 2025. The experience was very good in terms of host, hospitality,food, hygiene.. I will give 9 points out of 10

Average Stay
The behavior of all the staff is good but there are major water related issues in our room. Most of the time water is not coming. When we complain about that then it will be normal after 20- 30 mins.

very small room. not similar to that displayed in MMT. room boy staffs are not polite. food quality is bad. does not make the value for money you pay.

We had very pleasant 3 nights stay at the hotel, which is perhaps located at one of the best location in Darjeeling.

Good Stay
Breakfast was good, but the spread was a bit limited - not many varieties to choose from. The room was okay, though it felt a bit congested. On the plus side, the location is super convenient, just a stone's throw from Mall Road. Overall, it was a decent stay, but maybe a bit more variety in breakfast would make it stand out."

The room was very neat and clean. Also very close to the mall road. Hotel staffs were well managed. They also have inhouse restaurant. During my stay I ordered food from thhere, which was very good and tasty. Therefore, I enjoyed a lot.

Location is good. Overall service is good. Lift is small and slow built especially for Sr Cirizens. Restaurant service can be improved.

Reasonable Hotel at Darjeeling.
Welcome given was excellent. Food is also fine. Behaviour of staff is excellent. Hotel location from Mall is very close.

No parking area Room was not prepared at the time of our check in.We waited for half an hour till room was prepared/cleaned for us. Food was good. At the time of check in,they didn't demand our photo I card!!
