Excellent Stay
Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the hotel staff made us feel at home. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed and staff were well behaved sonia yogya and pragya guide us very well thankyou I hope to come back soon

Excellent Stay
Its was nice experience on muscatle Fairmont Service was good. Staff were friendly specially from fo team Mr yogya guide us very welll.... I hope to come back soon

Staff was good ...room was clean but ..... bed was making lot of sound I did not sleep & bathroom window was not maintained because entire bathroom visible from the hotel room front

Average Stay
Not as expected. hotel is rated 4+ but should be rated below 4 like 3.5. Dust on the chair. For hot water you need to wait for the heater. The door is not sound proof.. you can hear outside noise

I recently stayed at muscatel Fairmont and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future

Muscatel Fairmont Darjeeling review
The property's location was very good, Food was good, but amenities were poor and services were not up to the mark. We haven't received the desserts (even which few are there in their menu), There was no intercom or bell services,always had to make phone calls for services

old hotel, old interface . not value for money
Very old hotel, low standard as per room charges , food is average. Location is good & close to mall road. Not value for money. Only super deluxe rooms are very good and meet our standards/satisfaction.

Good Stay
had a pleasant stay at Muscatel Fairmount. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Mall Road, which made exploring Darjeeling very convenient. The staff was polite and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The overall experience was enjoyable and I would definitely recommend it to others
