Review Of JAGJEETS HOTEL PRADHAN

We have stayed here in comfort stay category, room was bit shabby, bathroom was unhygienic, lights were not sufficient enough. Food was good and room service was very prompt.

Property was good , Location was nice heart of the town , food was good but overpriced, service was exilent , staff behavior was nice . overall experience was good

Very decent hotel with extraordinary view from lawn and restaurant balcony. Well behaved and supportive stuffs. I really enjoyed my first time stay in hotel pradhan and wish to visit this hotel in future as well.

Nice location on Gandhi road. From DHR I took the Laden La road to reach Clock tower then led to the way towards Gandhi road and found my hotel after 10 minutes of straight walk. I had booked the Luxury mountain view room. The view of Kanchenjunga was pretty and clear from there. The day and night mountain valley view and city view was nice from there. Food quality, room service and hotel staff was also very nice and polite. Washroom was also clean with 24 hours of gyser facility. Room cleaning service and Wifi was also available. One thing was dirty there that was leeches were coming out inside the bathroom through sewer. I had stayed with my Mom and Sis. We didn't had any problem during our stay. The hotel is safe for women. We had stayed in room 103 which was pretty large in size with queen size bed where we three adults were accomodated easily. Overall good experience.

Experience overall was average, but staff behavior and hospitality was amazing, special mention to mr. Ujjwal who is very helpful, location is good but needs major work on terms of hygiene and cleaniess specially washroom

The staff is very helpful and the rooms are clean and spacious. It was pleasant stay for me. Also i got a mountain view room and the view from there was amazing.

No heater in the room, completely denying whatever is mentioned as amenities. They are claiming that these are lies not their responsibility to honour. The powerback up is only for lights

It was a fantastic stay at pradhan. All stuffs are very polite and specially mr ujjwal is a guy whose hospitality was excellent. I always prefer to stay in pradhan. Room was clean and luxurious. All are good.

The staff were simply lovely. We were two girls travelling, and they checked with us regularly if we have retired for the night. One day they called us and said shutter would be downed soon as it was late, but we can come and call them, they would let us enter. The staff also helped us get things we hadn’t brought, such as toothpaste and biscuits. Always smiling, always available. View rooms are great and clean as well. We did have a leaking roof as it was raining heavily, but aniket managed to cover it up late at night without complaint. This was my second visit to the hotel, and i’ll go back again. It is 8 minute walking from mall, but the budget and view are worth it.

Staff are well behaved, polite and helpful, restaurant view is good, price of food items in restaurant is high, and distance is almost 800 mtrs from traffic or hotel ramada but reasonable

We visited darjeeling from 08/07/2023 to 11/07/2023. We stayed in jagjeet's pradhan hotel for 3 days and had a nice stay over there with mountain view room and good cleanliness of the room and nice food and room service. We'll definitely visit again if ever visit darjeeling again

Little expensive, but location is good, near mall road, railway station. But parking was not available, food quality was good.

Room was spacious, beautiful with all the amenities. Room service is good. Tea was outstanding. Staff is polite.
